Good Morning I also have got my exercise done for today- 30 min on treadmil..... In winter I always have to ride with DH as well our driveway is huge and also has ice or like days when it gets nice the gravel is like mud and the tire sinks so usually just ride with him until about the end of March then if we get any nice days I call DH to get my bike out and put it on the sidewalk so I just ride it on the sidewalk to the end of driveway and onto road.

Well I am going to see if I can get my tattoo picture on here

The picture is big but can't get it downsized, so hopefully it will be ok???
I do have to get the numbers touched up because when healing the red 5's are really light but he said he could touch it up next time we are out there.
13 is my oldest son's race car number, and 55 is my husband's and youngest son racing numbers.
Hope everyone remember to set their clocks and are having a good Sunday

Good Morning everyone.

Hope everyone is enjoying the time change (yeah right), actually I do like this time better once I get used to it.

I have been reading the book by Paul McKenna "I can make you thin". Although I selectively believe in some of that stuff.... not sure if I want someone else's voice in my head. Has anyone else read it from here? I have read some of the threads on it....... just wondering what y'all thought.

Well, I am going back to reading.

Tammy

Finally got to check out the video, that was interesting so had to check out the website. Basically they are taking your VStars, Vulcan, Sportster and putting a womans touch to them, just what I did with my VStar 1100. Anyways I never heard of the company before so it was nice to see. The owner seams very enthusiastic

Anyways I think I am going to get ready for bed it has been a long day

Kathleen is really awesome, I just love her. I have to stop by ROAR every time I get to Daytona. Willow, my bike I bought from them, is a Yamaha 650. I was sitting on Crystal ROAR on Saturday, its an 1100, I couldn't believe how light it felt. Willow was the 3rd bike they ever customized and painted. Her name was still drying the first time I saw her. I am so excited they are now have their on production line of bikes, and I will have one some day....lol. they have only been in Business for 1 year and have done amazingly well. Even with this economy, they sold the first 25 of the new production bikes.

Mandy yes I should have caught on that your bike came from ROAR because the paint job and the name.... You know, I really never could tell the difference in weight between the 650 and 1100 VStars when sitting on them and lifting them up......

well I procrastinated but I did finally work out, Keli Roberts Step aerobics, and I held 5 pounders for first part; 3 pounders for second; and then one pounders for the last. 40 minutes altogether wth warmup, cardio and abs.

My 30 Day Shred should come in about a week. I've been reading the 30 Day Shred thread, and am a little apprehensive about the toughness but I will do it.

Holly the first time that I started 30 days shred I could not walk for 2 days I hurt so bad, but this time around I will know better than to push myself that hard at the beginning because I need to walk. Let me know when you get it and we can start same day if you want...

Hi all you HAWT Chicks.....I'm baaaack! Holly wrote me a PM and kicked my butt back into gear, thank you!

Not much time right this minute....have a lot of reading to do to catch up with all of you! Last I wrote I think I was headed to Wyoming to visit DD and GK's...had a wonderful time as usual...cried all the way home (what else is new)...then Christmas came, blah, blah blah.....working too many 12-hour shifts at the hospital....but there is GOOD NEWS TODAY! I interviewed for a new job in the ER today and GOT IT! Yep...they hired the Gramma!!! Can't wait to get started. Lots of new stuff to learn and see! Floated down there a few days and fell in love with the insane-ness. Well...we ride bikes, so we love excitement ~~ Right??!

More later....just wanted to check in and say HI!

Love you, Holly, for getting me back here. Thanks again!
