Just finished Cathe's Cardio Circuit and some ab work. Breakfast was a frozen broccoli /green beans /mushroom mix defrosted then sauteed, and then 3 eggs mixed in. Packed a lunch (more of that veggie mix, and some leftover chicken and gravy) and a yogurt. To battle against the cookies
On the good note I weighed this morning and I am back to my ticker weight
YAAAA not to just get off about 6-8 more pounds in the next 22 days will be SUPER

I haven't been on since Friday. I don't always have time to get on during the weekends and yesterday we were super busy at work. I haven't eaten the best this past weekend but I'm doing better I haven been eating plenty of veggies the last 2 days.
Was that DVD tough Holly? I'm thinking about ordering it. I also reached my goal...I lost 50lbs!!!

And yes, that Cathe DVD is tough but good. I've got 2; one is "Cardio Kicks & Circuit Max", that is one DVD, I've only done the Circuit Max because I don't really care for kickboxing stuff and that's what the Cardio Kicks is mostly. The Circuit Max is 60 minutes; you do 5 minutes of cardio and then 2 minutes of weight work while keeping your heart rate up.
The other is Cross Train Xpress, and that is 2 DVD's with alot on them! Disc 1 has Step & Intervals; All Step; 10-10-10; Power Circuit; Disc 2 has Leaner Legs; Kick Box; All Abs; Upper Body Split.

Well we will be at it again tomorrow so not sure I will take time to log on I have however been staying pretty much OP and I have been taking my extra half hour to exercise instead of getting on the computer. Today however I did have potato ole's from Taco Johns so kinda of blew it today Back on track full force tomorrow......
Good Morning Girls! I have some free time before work gets crazy today. I have been OP so far, didn't workout this morning, but maybe tonight when DS goes to bed. I was surprised to find almost 2 inches of snow this morning, when they weren't calling for anything. Sometimes the weatherman are not very good at their job.

good morning chicks I didn't work out Tuesday had all day off but had to go to MV, get an oil change for car, errands, etc. Yesterday I did the Keli Roberts step tape, and today Gilad's step and Tone (but no leg work, bad me)
Eating has not been good, I start off the day so well but crash in late afternoon. I have to get through this!!
It was -20 this morning (straight temperature, not wind chill) but my car has started, yay. I will let it warm up for about half an hour before i attempt to go to work!

Vermont - Today is some of the coldest temps here in PA for a long time. It was 6 this morning. I can't remember it being this cold in a long time. But I'm sure your use to the cold temps up there.
Well today was my weigh in day and I only lost .4 from last week. It is kind of disapointing, because I at OP all this week, except for last weekend, where I went a little off plan. I guess I just have to up my workouts more. Some days its just sooo hard to get out of bed. But that is my goal this week to workout more!!! I hope you girls hold me to it!

Y'all oughta come over here. I'm headed out for a long bike ride. But I'm pleased to announce that the knee is pretty much fixed and I'm @ 170 today for the first time in a while.
And Monday is a holiday where I work - for a three day weekend!

No 3 day weekend here but I do only have 15 days a and we will be on vacation so looking forward to that. I have been staying OP pretty much but not much for exercising lately. The house is coming along great and looking pretty good probably another couple of days and we should be so close to being totally done. YAY
