Good afternoon,
Busy morning with meetings. Made it to the gym last night

Should get there tonight also. I walked off and forgot my protein shake I was going to have for breakfast on my way to the meeting. Ate some pepperoni bites (made with turkey) instead of stopping at McDonalds that was right next door. Opted for a banana when I got here in lieu of cheese and crackers. Hope lunch gets here quickly.
(tuna sandwich, with veggies and dip and apple). Dinner is spagetti and a salad.

Determined, walking first thing in the morning seems to work best for me. Get it over and it jump starts your day.
