No problem. Most of my recipes come from there or the South Beach book. Sometimes I pull things from the net or make them up myself.

It's just my daughter and I tonight so we didn't cook. Neither of us had much of an appetite. To just get something in my system, I ended up having string cheese and 2 slices of turkey breast wrapped in lettuce. Looks like we're going to have the steak tomorrow instead.

Black bean and fresh roasted anaheim chiles topped with 1/2 a flour tortilla and saturated with 101 green chile sauce. Baked with in individual au gratin dishes till bubbly and topped with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes, this is one of our favorite and healthier cooler weather dinners. Spicy! I added cheese once, and it just wasn't necessary.

See above but change it to just my son and I. My daughter went to a BBQ party earlier. So, I'm gonna cook and looks like there will be plenty leftover for lunch or din-din manana.

http://bragg.com/products/la.html

I basically use it in place of soy sauce... tastes about the same and I think its healthier! plus all the soy sauce I have found has wheat in it, and I am avoiding gluten right now....

Taco bake with romaine, spinach, tomatoes and RF sour cream on top. I usually eat on this for a couple days.
