Besides, (I only have 6 pts left) breakfast-watermelon2 pts. lunch-smartone and green beans&ww fudge pop=6 pts. dinner-2 sandwiches and chips-10 pts. I have rode my stationary bike 10 miles and took my dogs again for a long walk. I will probably use my other 6 pts. for more watermelon and another ww fudgepop. Until tomorrow....

Laura, I looked up the dried cherries in my book. It says 1 1/2 oz is 2pts. If you have a package that shows your calories, fat, and fiber........I would use that information to determine the accurate amount of points. If not, use the 2pts for 1 1/2 oz. Hope that helps.

I have eaten breakfast. I had malt o meal for 3pts. I am meeting my husband for lunch at a Mexican place at noon. I will do my best to be good.

Have a great day!

So, I met hubby and mom for lunch this afternoon. I don't know why, but I can't find an entire bowl of tortilla chips in my food guide. I did eat lots of chips but feel ok. I used to never be able to leave a meal without feeling horrible and stuffed. I felt just fine after lunch even though I know it was high in points. I will just use some of my flex points.

I think if you look at Chili's restaurant, 1 bowl of tortilla chips is 10.5pts....I, for one, find it worth every single pt. as chips and salsa are a huge weakness for me Hope this helps...I looked it up on dwlz.

For me, my day was pretty decent...I think anyhow.
B: none (ok fine, it didn't start out very good, lol)
L: Ruby Tuesdays...salad bar 2pts, bbq sauce 2pts, tortilla chips 3pts, 1/2 loaded baked w/out butter & sour cream 5pts
D: chicken, rice, sweet & sour sauce 8pts, salad w/fork dipping ranch 3pts
23pts so far out of 26

Update: Finished off the day over 1...I had a yogurt w/oil 2pts and popcorn w/oil 2pts...
27/26
Exercised 30 minutes on my gazelle

If you eat ice cream and drink a milk shake, but still stay w/in your points, and still get the 5 healthy guidelines (veggies/fruit/milk/oil/water) and you exercise, you shouldn't feel guilty. Sometimes if my day consists of too many treats, I feel guilty too...but if I know I followed program, and did eat what is necessary...I try not to beat myself up about it. Trust me, I've had many of those days...in fact, night before last I failed to post the 3 WW mint choc chip bars I consumed, 6pts!! The box is empty now I don't think I can buy them anymore, those and M&M choc chip cookies so far are my weakness.
Have a good day ladies, I'll post more later.

I stay in my points,I do exercises,but I think ,if I eat delicious food,I don`t lose weight.I know it`s stupid,but it`s the result of bad diets.I try don`t think about it.
Good day for all.

Thats what makes WW so wonderful, we can enjoy delicious NORMAL foods, and still lose weight You're doing great! Keep up the good work, and as the lbs. start dropping, you'll soon feel less guilty for indulging in those pleasures and more excited about the new you! I found in the beginning I ate more 'snacky' foods and I'm trying to not hoard too many pts. for nighttime sweets...Somedays I'd have 6 pts or more at night to use and I didn't use them wisely, That is what I'm trying to avoid. I'll keep 3 or so for my popcorn and maybe a WW fudge bar, that satisfies my sweet tooth.
Keep on doing great!!
