I was holding steady at around 178 the past week, but today I dropped to 176.2! I cannot wait to be 175! I leave for a family wedding on the East Coast on May 3rd and that's my goal
Count me in for the 170's! Weighed in at 178 on Saturday. I'd be happy if I can maintain 178 for the week (because I just can't believe I'm in the 170's for real!).
I agree! I always get confused since there is a 170's thread in the generic Weight Loss Support section! If I go mute, lol that's where I am!
I am at 177.7 today...so many darn 7's!! Hahah I am looking forward to 172...as that's a weight I remember, and my starting point from the first ever weight loss journey. WOOOOOO come on, May!
Finally back down to 178.6 this morning after a couple of weeks of emotional/TOM induced binges.
I have said it before, but, it still amazes me how quickly the weight will come on and how slowly it comes off!!
I think I am back to the normal groove now. I would love to move to the next decade before my birthday at the end of next month; even better to be in the BMI overweight category (174 is the magic number)!!
Made it to 173.8 but I am going out of town tomorrow and there will be lots of eating out. I will make the best choices I can, and know I will come back having gained from the sodium alone.
As lease I get to wear 2 awesome dresses while away! A size 14 and a size 12!!!
I have been away for almost a week now and ate like crazy over the weekend. The past couple of days I have been trying to eat better to make up for it and we will see what the scale says when I am home Thursday morning.
