I was 174 yesterday and I weighed in at 177 today. Could this be water retention or possibly from exercise? I also only got around four hours of sleep last night. I also know I shouldn't weight in every day :/ blegh
Kraitxx3, I had a jump of 3lbs one morning this week too. Must have been water weight, though, because it was gone the next day. Hope your scales have gone back to being good to you!

179.6 the last 3 days, so here I am. Have been OP, so hopefully will keep losing. Hurt my back a couple weeks ago, still recovering, which is putting a crimp (literally, lol) in my workouts, but it feels better this week than last week, so I'm hopeful it's just bruising and knotted muscles I'm dealing with now.

Some big challenges I have coming up are a business trip and a baseball game. I am now 15 lbs away from the top of my goal weight and can't let these little things get it the way. How important is a baseball in the big picture? Not important at all!
