I dont know what types of workout out you're doing but, start off with weight toning (10 mins) and leg pressing<- (do 100) and then do 1hr of cardio (stepper) and 10mins on the elliptical and go fast backwards and then go back to stepper for 3omins and set it to 20/17.
Also if you eat meat; it takes longer to burn off meat and don't drink a whole bottom of water; I say this because u could be putting back on the oz weight with the water. Drink what u need so u won't be thirsty. Let me know how it goes.
