I've decided to start tracking my protein and sodium, so now the numbers are calories, fat grams, fiber grams, protein and sodium, and then % calories from fat in the total. Sorry, I know all the numbers are messy when I post them here (they're totally organized in my spreadsheet though!). My target for protein is 100 grams daily. Like fiber, I won't hit it every day, but it's a good goal to shoot for.

Liliann: I ate way too much the holidays bring me off as well Also, I so love those chobani yogurts! I think I love every single flavor they made! Soo good and its very satisfying.
Well just to be accountable I didn't count today, I started counting but I started to really mess up and it just got out of control and I decided to stop trying to count.. so I am going to say I had around 4,000 and mostly junk... I really overdone it and did no exercise at all so I am so grateful for Monday and a new week. I am going to really get into my plan and stick to it for sure. I never want this to happen again I feel really bad over it. Ah nothing I can do now that its all over I must push past this and concentrate on doing good this week on.

I went to bed early on Sunday night, and so didn't finish eating for the day, hence the low calories. Just posting quickly before I head to work... will chat later tonight.
