My husband prefers it over any other, but I still like Fage the best. Can't wait until Passover is over and I can have it again! And yup - put today behind you, and just get right back on that horse.

I've decided to start tracking my protein and sodium, so now the numbers are calories, fat grams, fiber grams, protein and sodium, and then % calories from fat in the total. Sorry, I know all the numbers are messy when I post them here (they're totally organized in my spreadsheet though!). My target for protein is 100 grams daily. Like fiber, I won't hit it every day, but it's a good goal to shoot for.
