ive been sick since halloween D: my weight keeps yo-yoing between 178 and 176 BUT my official weigh ins are always 176 lol strange KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK LADIES!!

Goingforgold- congrats on your loss btw. My weight loss is coming along. I gained a few pounds over the holidays, putting me at 175. I was back down to my ticker weight by the end of last week. This morning I weighed in at 170.8 woot woot. So it's going. Slow and steady.

Congrats to you other losers (and I mean this in a good way). Keep up the good work. Hard work definitely pays off.

I’ve been stuck at 160 for the past couple weeks, but finally weighed in at 157.5 today!! So I’m off to the 150s thread. Hope to see everyone there soon!!

Holy crap girls!!! We are on a roll! Running - yay!! You are totally in the 160s. sooo cool

sabri - awesome - 1 lb is a very nice improvement.

funsize - yes, change up foods. i went from salads to cookie dough and cupcakes (don't worry, i'll be back to salads on Wednesday) and FINALLY broke through my 163 plateau.

Kimi - holding is seriously half the battle. Look at how FAR you have come. You just need to hang in there girl.

Unstoppable - holiday weight gain is inevitable - there are way to many parties, but you are soo close to the 160s. I know you can feel it :-)

Sparkle - CONGRATS!!! That is amazing. I hope to join you in the 150s soon.

You gals got me so excited - we are MOVING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. You all made my day!!

Sparkle: Ty =) my husband just got sick again =( so im like nuuuuu stay away!!! lol. just have a bit of a cough now.

GoingForGold: yeah those few lbs are a pain..... but im not too stressed. im figuring its winter and my body is trying to keep me warm =P and im hanging in there! hoping to reach my goal by summer BUT not doing it for a bikini (darn stretch marks =/)

Kimi - I hope you feel better. I had a cold that lasted all of September. Be careful around your husband. You should carry a bottle of lysol around with you in case he sneezes lol!

Def no rush on the weight! My goal is 130 lbs by summer time too, so we'll proabably keep crossing paths along the journey.

kimi I don't care about stretchmarks! If I reach goal by summer am wearing a bikini top at least

unstoppable Awesome on the slow and steady! I am that type of loser right now. I am not working out so its a lb a week only.

goingforgold You are doin so well I can't wait to be in the 160s

allthatglitters you are so close to the 150s. Keep it up!

So I have been doing well and I am super excited about keeping the scale moving downwards! I want to be in the 160s sometime next month. My birthday is next month and I would love to be atleast near 172 or 171. I am going to keep on!

I am so inspired by everyone!! Can't wait to get into the lower 70s.
Scale said 177.8 today..
I ate tons of fruit yesterday (for me, anyway!) and a lot more water/tea than normal so I think that helped :-)

159.6 this morning. I'm going to eat really clean today and gulp water to try to stay in the 150's. Everyone is doing so good with their losses. Especially around the holidays.

ATG - good job on getting into the 150s - that is my ultimate goal before the end of the month.

I know! I can't believe how well everybody is doing. The holiday time really is tough, but then you have the January weight hangover which SUUUUUCKS! :-P

FUN -you'll get to lower 170s! That's where I hit my first really big plataue, and I was stuck b/t 171-174 for so long not saying you will!!!!). BUT it was the event that convinced me that eating healthy was more than numbers on the scale. I wish I had this attitude in my early 20s! I would have saved myself YEARS of yo-yo dieting.

Wow!!! Everyone is on fire. I am so happy that I found this thread. You ladies have kept me motivated. Goingforgold I know what you mean. I am about to enter my last year of my 20's and I am finally getting it together.

I weighed in this AM at 169.4. So excited!!
You ladies keep up the good work as we continue to encourage each other.

Unstoppable - WELCOME TO THE 160sssssssssssssssssss! Yay, I am so proud of you. Breaking in must have felt fantastic.

Yeah, I always thought I knew SO much about weight and dieting when I was younger, only to find out I knew jack 1 yr before 30 lol. At least I feel when I have kids I can set a healthy example of how to incorporate food to my BENEFIT.

I have a couple papers to write ladies, so I'll be MIA for the weekend, but everybody keep up the good work. Hopefully the next time I pop up there will be a *little* less of me :-D

I think that's what have me so motivated. I have a beautiful 7 month old daughter and I want to be an example of healthy living for her. I also want to be around as long as I can for her and my future children.

Alright ladies.,, I went to a friend's birthday party and had a little too much cake and cookies. Then I was ravenous today and binged on little cheddar rice cakes and cream cheese. UGH I feel like an epic failure right now. I was doing so well and now I am going to have to weigh in on Sun. AH! I KNOW I won't be down and I am afraid I will be up. sigh. I hate falling off the wagon it makes me feel like I can't get to my goal,. ok pity party over.

tomorrow will be a nice day! I WILL be on track, and check in here to make sure I am doing well.
