  • Weighed the same this morning...177. But not expecting to see much loss though.
  • 176...almost halfway through the 70s
  • I was 160.5 this morning! I am SO ready to be in the 150s for the first time in....7 years!! I can't believe it! I'm crossing my fingers and saying a prayer to Jesus that tomorrow my scale show 150 something! If anyone is stalled I would try cutting out complex carbs and processed sugary foods for a week and see what happens. Veggies and protein ftw!
  • Bounced up to 173.6. I'm getting tired of this up and down and up and down, lol.

Sunshinenmysoul- you're so close!!! I'll cross my fingers for you.
  • I cracked up laughing this morning while standing on the scale because guess what I weighed????

    159.9!!

I said I was crossing my fingers to be out of the 160s and it happened just barely! So excited! Yippee!!
  • 169 this morning! I’m so excited!! I’m now out of the 170s and I have an overweight BMI. I’ve never been this excited to be overweight before!

    Sunshine – Congrats! That’s awesome!
Penmage – It’s no fun to stall, but you’ll be out of the 170s soon. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for you!
Thinner – That’s great that you lost a pound during your birthday week! Congrats!
  • Well, I've eaten like crap the last few days, so I'm definitely not weighing in anytime soon!

    SparkleBE- YAY! You're overweight! (hehe)
  • I'm somewhere around 170.4 right now, but my scale is inaccurate, so I could actually be anything from 168 to 172. D: Oh scale, where did we go wrong?
  • 177.4 loss! Im pretty sure this may be some muscle atrophy due to no more 20 hr workout/week but... I've been eating well and that workout load is unsustainable post ug.

Actually, probably not. It takes up to a year for muscle atrophy to occur and that's when you're really just sitting on the couch doing nothing (I actually asked about this before because I've been sick a lot this summer and had to take up to almost a month off of working out). Plus our bodies have muscle memory so if you do start working out again it will come back quickly.

It could be, though, that you body was retaining a lot of water from your workouts and it finally let go of it.
  • 176.6 this morning, almost halfway there :-D
  • 175.6

    HALF WAY TO THE 60S!!!!!!
  • Still 173.0, I need to get it together! It's hard to believe I was in the 150's in March and now I'm struggling to get out of the 170's. Oh well, I am going to do this!
  • 160 still!!! SOOO CLOOOOSE. RRAAAAARGH!

Just needed to get that out of my system...:P
  • I also hit 169 this morning! Nine more pounds until mini-goal, thirty pounds since highest weight!
