Although I have continued to lose weight (I am not sure how) I have been pretty much 95% off track.. That changes today! I went grocery shopping, and will do better this coming week.
This morning I was 164.5 on my boyfriend's scale I've been sick and we've been getting a lot of work done on our house for the past few weeks so things have been pretty hectic and it's been hard to stay on track. Today has been good and I'm definitely ready to get back to my normal habits so that I can get out of the 160s very soon!
Weighed in at 168.2. Not bad but .8 up from my all time low of 167.4. Not sweating it though. Slow steady weight loss is healthy and you have a better chance at keeping it off.
I had a slow couple of months struggling to get out of the 180's and not fluctuate there again every couple of days. Things are going better now, I made it to 175 and officially crossed the line to overweight . Here's to never being obese again!
This is a particularly hard place for me psychologically because twice I lost enough weight to get to the 170's and quit before reaching the 160's. I was in the 170's for only a couple of months in early '09 before I started gaining again, but the last time I weighed in the 160's was in 2005. So, it'll be a huge victory for me to get there and I'll certainly work hard for it.
i am going to join you since i am OFFICIALLY out of the 180s . BUT it's TOM, ANNNNND my mother is visiting from out of town which means there will be food.
here's to the next 20 lbs, and them whoooshing away!
162! Down 8 pounds in two weeks. Just added Thursday night Zumba to my schedule, so hopefully with going 4 nights a week the pounds will continue to shed!
