Hey All!
I am still hanging around 161-162 (not less yet), but NSV...I have less back fat. I mean, if I could really nail down my weight loss goal to one physical thing, it would be no more rolls! No more back rolls, no more stomach rolls....and when I checked myself out in the mirror yesterday, I noticed one of rolls was a little less lol. TMI?

But oh yeah!
SO...my goal is still 159 by Christmas. I am going to do South Beach Phase I for 5 days and see if that will kick start the scale into the 150s. After that, I'm w/ ATG...everybody seems to be on fire here (I saw everybody's posts on avoiding holiday treats at parties - good for you all!!), so I think I'll stick around this thread until I am able to stay in the 150's for a little a little while...I'm expecting some bouncing around, esp. with the holidays in full swing
