Hi Ladies! Well I think the scale finally topped off

170. However, for the past couple of days since jumping back on the wagon, I have been sticking to plan, working out, drinking lots of water, and great calorie intake.
And.... I tried ZUMBA last night for the first time and I am hooked! So much fun compared to doing the boring elliptical. Zumba is going to be my new outlet. I know I will go since I am scheduled for the classes and paid for them

Hopefully this will shed my pounds quick. I am going 3 days a week starting next week.
I will keep you all posted...makes me even more accountable!
