I went in for WI today not expecting a loss week over week since I had been trying to lose the 10 lbs I gained last weekend from my binge. Well I weighed in at 152! I lost all the weight I gained AND another 1.5 lbs this week AND I got to sign the 20 lb board!!!! 20 lbs down, 24.5 inches lost, and 1-2 pants sizes lower. I can't believe it. So Monday I officially start stabilization and I'm so excited.

That's great news!! Congrats on your weigh in...I'm a mail order client so I don't have great moments like that...plus I have a non-digital scale so I can't ever see a difference in my weight...and as far as I can tell I haven't lost anything in a week and a half...considering I've been at this for 2 weeks that's a pretty long time to not see a difference...so I stay motivated and live through all your guy's success....I know it's the right formula for success so I'm sticking with it Congratulations again and again and again!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!

today was my 4th weigh in. I have lost 8 lbs so far but I have also lost 14.25 inches!!! yesterday, I put on my jeans and they were baggy!

The last 2 weeks have been a bit slow as far as weight loss, but I expected that... I am not discouraged, i am actually really excited about the inch loss.

I just joined a gym this week and am really motivated to lose more next month than I did this month!

Yay Jacque!! Very excited for you....my husband is actually a personal trainer...and I work right next door to the gym he works at...you'd think I'd get my butt over there and in shape...LOL...BUT I did just do one of Denise Austin's workouts on her daily dozen CD...there are seven 12 minute workouts....I've had it for about 3 months and never popped it in the DVD player...so today's a new day for me

Great job! That is an amazing accomplishment! I remember how hard those first few weigh ins were. I weighed in today as well - hey we might have even crossed paths. I was in there about 1145 - 12. I weighed in and then went on the MRC class walk at noon with Lisa. I am sure if you saw me you would remember...I was very bright - wearing a lime green shirt and jean shorts.

Oh I missed you by a couple of hours. I was there right at 9 when they opened. I wish they had one day during the week ... like Tuesday or Wednesday that they were open at 7. I'd rather do it in the morning. My evenings are just too busy to go and be there for an hour. Which... so far... seems to be how long it takes. Is that normal??

For me it just depends on the counselor I get and if I have any questions. I can be in and out of there in less than 15 minutes some times.

Wow, I can't believe that you even LOST weight after your binge! That's awesome and congrats!! I'm .5 lb away from signing the 20 pound board...but on my scales (as of this morning) I lost another 2 pounds so hopefully i'll get to next saturday when I go in in themorning.

I took your advice and I go in each wednesday evening for an exercise class anyway so I go ahead and weigh in even though I KNOW I'm going to show a gain. I mean, how can you not when I've already drank 120 ounces of water! But Saturday I go in first thing and weigh in with my lightest clothing without drinking/eating anything and voila, it truly works.! Thanks for your suggestion

I am thinking about starting the MRC 6 next week when I go in for WI. Can anyone give any suggestions or experiences. I haven't taken anything except the multi and flax so far and I am not very good at taking pills so I want to make sure that it is worth it before I spend the money.

I just had the cheesburger soup recipe from the recipe board for lunch.

LOVE IT!!! I am stuffed. I guess it was the cream of chicken soup HNS. That is the first time I have had one of those and it is very filling. I also added mushrooms for some extra veggies.

I am sorry to say - but yes - that is pretty normal...evenings are that busy at the Bellevue center. I have been there for an hour and a half a few times. I decided that it would save time if I left work during the day to go there, rather than to wait an hour to be seen after work. So that is what I started doing and it works great!

It sounds really good but I haven't tried it because it referred to a 'stock pot.' I know I'm fairly young (29) but I've never heard of a stock pot. Is it just a regular 'pot'? lol don't laugh out loud too much laides when you read this.

Hey Noasmama,
A stock pot is the pot you would use to boil a big box of pasta or make a big pot of chili in, you know, the real tall one :0). Sounds yummy.... I hate to use my creamy on a meal though, I am addicted to the night time pudding or chocolate drink as a fix for my sweet tooth.

Thank you. I have a 'big' pot that I might try it in. I know what you mean! I don't like the thought of it either. I like my late night choc. pudding! Although last night I exercised late and had a regular HNS afterwards because I'm going through my puddings too fast, one a day I'm going to try and 'ration' myself. lol
