Well 206.4 for V-day. I'm not sure I set a goal to be honest but hey I'm down from the beginning. Baby steps.
The girls say Happy Valentine's Day

Sorry, I'm completely late on this. Not calorie counting has not been good, I'm going back to it. I am currently 119.2 lbs.

Hey jillnicole, I was just going through the mwl book from McDougall, and on page 61 of mine it does say 'Eliminate all flour products - Eliminate breads bagels, pastas etc.'
Maybe to get to my goal I should follow the plan completely. It does seem very hard, but then I have a lot of weight to shift to get to goal!

I know I am late getting in my Valentine's weight. I was out of town until yesterday afternoon and then didn't check 3FC when I got home. I didn't have access to a scale while I was gone but I was very pleased with this mornings weigh in.
243.3!!!
I was VERY worried about spending part of the weekend at my mom's. I stayed true to plan though and was able to cook the family some great new dishes which they really enjoyed. They even ate the leftovers.

Quillie... I re-read that as well, I think is what confuses me is, he says whole grains are allowed, and then flour products are not.
Then at the back of the MWL book is so many recipes with ww noodles lol
I have noticed that the ww pasta doesn't affect me, but I don't super love pasta so I don't really over eat it, so that could be why. Thanks for checking it out for me!
