My daughter sees the specialist tomorrow and they should make a decision on what they are gonna do. We think they will probably schedule her c-section for the 14th of June (she will be 36 weeks and 2 days pregnant).

The power of prayer is amazing! My daughter had her appointment with the specialist this morning. The placenta previa is gone (not just a little gone, but completely gone) and the polyhydraminous (extra amniotic fluid) is gone. The doctor on Friday told her he was certain the placenta previa would not resolve on its own. Other than the borderline gestational diabetes she is now considered a "normal" pregnancy. Praise God! She is disappointed that she now has to wait 4+ more weeks to deliver, but she is so relieved and knows that this is best for Maddox and herself. They told her she can schedule a c-section for 39 weeks or wait and see if she goes into labor on her own and try to deliver naturally. She will probably opt for the repeat c-section because it's much safer and he is on track to be a very big baby (her first was 9 lbs 9 oz and Maddox will probably be bigger). Thanks to everyone for the prayers ~

BOOTSIE ~ prayers continue for you brother and his situation ...

PRAYER REQUEST ~ could you all pray for my uncle TOM S. and his family (esp his wife and daughter). Tom was very sick a while back, then went into the hospital and we were told that he was well again and coming home -- but he was on daily oxygen and has lost lots of strength (and some weight) while in there. We were told that they were trying to wean him off the oxygen so that he could come home and were getting him to walk the halls for the same reason.

However, my Dad & SM went to visit Tom today and they said that he does not appear to be well, so they are very concerned about him. His family would like to see him gain strength and come home once again.

So, we are praying that GOD will give Tom (and his family) all the comfort, peace, and strength they need, and for as long as possible ... thanks so much, in advance.

Oh Rosebud praying here in Texas for your Uncle Tom. He can use his oxygen at home also if need be, my brother is. Things did not work out very good for my brother, he expected help but the lady from court was no help to him.

No one is going to help unless he tries to help himself, he would only meet me half way in trying to get things done we could succeed but he will not.

You know people complain about akes and pains in getting old but that is nothing compared to getting old and people trying to take your life over. Talk about heart ake, you really have one there. It not only hurts you but everyone that loves you.

Rosebud, praying for your Uncle Tom, praying that he hasn't given up. You have my permission to tell him that there is a lady in California (that would be me.)with cancer and , Uncle Tom ,I plan to kick cancer's butt. My Oncoligist has ordered another PET Scan and he said "If we get bad news, remember there a lot of treatments we haven't tried yet." I like that in an Oncologist. Continuing to pray for Uncle Tom for strength for him and peace and comfort for his family.
