I'm training for a half marathon, so my goal this month is to walk/jog 4 days per week. I have bellydance and yoga classes two days per week, and I'm giving myself a day of rest once a week. I hope to be able to walk/jog eight miles by Dec. 31.

Well here goes another month hopefully I reach my goal this time. I realized with last month I probably set my minutes a little too high I guess I forgot that I would be gone for a few days and then it took a day or 2 to get back into the routine.

2. Cardio every day I'm not working a 12 hour day shift. So 5-6 days.
Well! I haven't done any weight training yet, but I'd like to put on the record the fact that I have run every day this month, INCLUDING today and yesterday, when I was working 7a-7p and had to get up at 4am to go for a run!

Not going to be so good for the rest of the month. I've hurt my achilles tendon, and from doing some research general consensus seems to be absolutely no running during the acute recovery phase. So I think I'm out girls. I'm seeing my podiatrist today, so we'll see if she says I can walk at least.
