Hey all! My goal for this month is 600 mins. I decided to keep it simple since I'm going to be moving and all, getting to know a new place. Welcome back regulars and hello newbies!
I haven't even counted how many minutesi did last month, but this forum is the best way for me to keep track of how much I am moving (and not moving). I am going for 1000 mins
Dec 1...45 min BL workwout
Dec 2...30 min snow shovelling
Day 2 is complete... well I'm going to do some arms stuff tonight w/ the resistance band. But I completed my walk today.. and let me tell you the wind was KILLER!
