Cool! This gives me hope! I want to be thinner and off ALL meds for my Diabetes by January and I am VERY determined! I can't get a doc in my town and I am just plain sick and tired of having to constantly go to one anyways. OVER it I say!

Are you girls signing up for The Biggest Loser Fall Challenge? All sign-ups must be in by Sept 8th!

I'm new to this thread too. I rode 25 miles on my bike yesterday, and was about 20 mins faster than the last time I went! I really pushed myself hard. My goal was to be under 2 hours, but was at 2:06 when I made it home. I was close!

Deva-WOW!! I heard that p90x is hard is that true? Great job on all the exercise.

Diva- You can do it! I did sign up for TBL, hoping to jump start my weightloss. How have ya been?

Onderchic- You're very dedicated and an inspiration to us all. U ROCK!!

Jen-hang in there. It sucks to be down in the dumps. Hope you are feeling better today.

LizzyG-25 miles thats great. Way to improve your time!! Do you have a special seat for your bike? Reason I ask is I tried to ride my bike 10 miles, but only made it seven, the seat was killer.

Sunshine-Great job on the Shred!! Its definitely a great workout!

Echo-great job on the wall pushups- every bit of it helps

EZ- Great job on 3.5 miles is there a 5k for Labor Day?

Well I'm off to get ready to go to Walmart-before all the church goers show up. I plan on getting on the treadmill when the lil one goes down for his nap. Everyone keep up the hardwork.

Thanks for the welcome Onderchic! Great job on your 30 mins!

Thanks Dream - I have the seat that came on the bike, and its pretty comfy. It actually wasn't too comfy yesterday though - because it got moved when my husband was messing around with it (cleaning it etc). But overall, its not too bad. I should get a better one, one of these days. It has a hole cut out of the middle and that helps keep pressure off sensitive areas He hopefully put it back in the right position, as I'm about to go off and ride.

Thanks Diva I just find it a good thing for me to come here each day I workout and post about it

wow i'm impressed by everyone's great work out!

way to go everyone!! sorry will do personals later on tonight! but go team!!!! we should give ourselves a name hehehehehe

and aww thanks dream710- thats so nice of you!

sorry this is going to be a quick message, as i have to rush and get ready, going to family friends house.

but i just was dying to share this with you all

this is a huge achievement for me personally! because a few months ago i started running. but i was only managing to be able to run for 30 seconds, before my shins would burn in AGONY!!! and then walk till the pain subsided, and then ran for another 30 seconds. and so on, until in total i ran for 10minutes, in 30 second intervals.

then i eventually got up to 1 minute of running - but still - pain in my shins especially my left leg would be really bad!! i would be in agony after each 1 minute of running - and would walk until the pain subsided, and then go for the next 1 minute.. and so on.

but today...after not running for over a week and half. i was able to run for 1 minute with NO pain in my shins! i couldnt believe it!!!!!! and at the beginning of the work out. i managed to run for 2 minutes. and then did 1 minute interval of running/walking.
also threw in a couple of 30 second sprints.

the only thing was after each one minute run. i was REALLY out of breath, but no pain in my legs. i can deal with the out of breath and even the side stitch... the pain in my left shins would be ****!

i was sooooooooooooooooooooooo happy and pleased with myself! i just couldnt believe it!!!

i'm so happy today...;a very small achievement for me.. just wanted to share it with you lovely ladies!

thanks girls!

total accumulated run time = 13minutes.

afterwards i was on a high! lol couldnt stop dancing around, it must have been the lovely happy chemicals endorphins hehehehe. i cant wait to get back out there and see if i can do it tommorow!!
