hey everyone! I have kept up with my morning walks and am starting to get that movement craving back again....yay! finally! I decided to go one step at a time back into this. For now it's the walking or biking in the mornings and then I will add in some strength training again once this is routine.
Keep sweatin' ladies

Hubby stayed home from work today. We picked up some kind of stomach bug and vegged out today, napping or watching movies from Netflix. We are starting to feel much better, at least.
Not exactly how I wanted to spend the day, but the extra time with Hubby was nice!
