Irish- LOL, it happened this weekend, I hopped on today to make sure I wasn't halluncinating, and then I changed the batteries on the scale, then had my weights on it to make sure, sure enough it read 10.0 lbs, then I had DF hop on since he knows his weight, sure enough 170. LOL! It's falling off of me. LOL! I still am deciding whether I want to stop at 140 or go to 135, I guess I will decide later.

GrammyL- LOL, I was pleasantly surprised myself, I thought I was going to go crazy and fall off plan, but didn't. I told myself I cannot go back and undo the work I just did. It took a lot of will power and convincing. Movies are rough for me, but I am so glad DF picks the morning showings, that way I won't be tempted to eat off plan nor want sweets or junk.

Hey all,
well I am down another lb YAY!!!! Also I went to the movie theatre last night and had a frozen yogurt and 3 small nachos with tiny bit of cheese off DH's plate. He had the nacho grande, a hot dog and an super sized coke. I only had one sip of his coke and only because they charge 3.50 for water there!!! its cheaper by far to buy pop 4.00 gets you the grande pop!! Also nachos are my favourite so to only have 3 small nachos with barely any cheese is awesome for me. I am excited only 5lbs til new outfit. now that toms over maybe I will have a bigger loss this week...I want so bad to be at least 171 by next monday so I can be under my lowest and then I can be excited about every number I hit again. Its hard to be excited now because I have already been 175 :P my goal is to at least hit the bathing suit so I have one for the trip which is 167. that will give me my outfit, socks and bathing suit.

Good Morning all! I had a nice bridal shower given by my friends and co-workers. They all did such a wonderful job. I also recieved some negligees that were in Medium, I fit them! WOW!!!!! So I went home with a tummy full of good food, and felt so bloated, but I am back on track today!

Irish- Ooooh Nachos are my weakness too! I love them!! Especially with those pickled jalapenos! Oooh my gosh just kill me now. It's amazing how guys can eat. I watch both my brother and DF eat, and I am shocked. That's the reason why I went on this plan in the first place, I was eating like them and ballooned up quickly. LOL! 171 is doable, but don't kill yourself getting to it. You do want to be able to enjoy your vacation right? LOL! I hear ya on not being excited about seeing the same number! It's like ok, what else can I do? What does your bathing suit look like? I am not even thinking bout getting into one yet!

GrammyL- You go on with yourself and rock that nose piercing!
We do get to see pics soon right?

Tinky: I am glad you had fun at your shower. Mine got rained out and I ended up with everyone piled in my moms small house in the boiling heat I was 3 months pregnant and had bad morning sickness lol but it was still good I haven't picked out my bathing suit yet. DH's goal list he made me says I get it if I hit 167 so the day before we go to niagara (aug 17) we are going shopping for everything that I hit goal with. I am probably going to get a tankini with the shorts. I made my goal poster with all the clothes I want and my husband asked why I posted models all over the fridge lol. I was like...the clothes were to motivate me not the girls lol

Irish ~ You caught me girl. We can do this together, we can.

Tinky ~ I want to lose 10 lbs before I have another picture taken. When I hit 165 I will get one up and running. I think I am going to pose with each of my ponies. I haven't had one taken of me with them in a long time. I always felt people would think, HMMM! Who weighs more the pony or the lady. LOL! Just kidding, just kidding but it did make me laugh.

I haven't lost anything more which can be frustrating but then I realized I made a change from last week so I am doing that again to see what happens. I will see what happens tomorrow. I didn't think it would make a big difference but maybe my body needs it to stay fueled.

Well I better get going for now and I will check back later. I have a few things due at Noon today. YUCK! Really dislike deadlines because it takes away my time to play. LOL!

Grammy: I may have caught you but you have lost more then me so you win lol. but whats neat is we have the exact same goal!!!!! so we have the same amount left to lose. come on lets shoot for 171 by monday I did my 20 min trampoline this morning and had raspberries and milk with a lil but of sugar for breakfast I have my nieces coming tonight so that will keep me moving (they are 3 and 6)

Irish, way to go! Ha! I love nachos, also. Seriously looooove nachos. And I dare not go within a thousand feet of them.

Tinky, your shower sounds as if it was so much fun. And yay! You! Fitting into a Medium! You must be thrilled. It is so not fair, the way men can eat. My son can eat like there is no tomorrow. And often does. I just sit and watch him in amazement. And with a touch of resentment, too. What I wouldn't give for his metabolism.

GrammyL, enjoy your new sparklie.

Well, I didn't do a very good job, yesterday. My calories topped out at 916. Too low. I just wasn't hungry. So I didn't eat a whole lot. I need to do better. I need to feed my body well so that it will run well. I did drink my water, tho. So, I did do something right.

I hope that everyone has a great day.


You know what just occurred to me? I called it a bad day for eating too few calories. When the heck did that mindset take hold? Must be the good influence of all you chicks, here.

Irish- A tankini is always nice. I always say I would love to wear a full on bikini, but I don't know how much confidence I have with that. LOL! Who knows, maybe down the road, but definitely not now. I am sure you will hit that goal, and then some before Aug. 17~! I always cut the heads off of the models, that way I can picture myself instead. LOL!

GrammyL- That is so awesome you and Irish are at the same weight! Man you have been making progress. 175! Good going! Keep it up woman! Your pony comment made me laugh though,but that's crazy talk. I want to see you outta the 70's!!!

Rain- Yeah DF hasn't been too lucky with eating....he now eats, but with caution. When we first dated his metabolism was like my bro's eat whatever and not gain, but hahahaha, hitting 30 hit him. But like I told GrammyL, he better whip himself back into shape, he's going to have to fend off all my future admirers!

well I just did my second round of 20 min on the trmapoline so thats 40 min trampoline today yay me!!!! I am going to the park with my nieces and son tonight so that will be more exercise as well I am determined to see 174 tommorow!!!!

You guys are all doing great! I'm proud of each and every one of you!!!

I haven't been on the scales. Right after we lost my husband, I wasn't eating much, but now it seems like all I am doing is eating. Some of it is healthy, but not all of it. I did start back to the Y last week, so I at least am getting in some exercise.

Irish- LOL since I have been losing a lot, DF has been shopping more for lingerie and all that stuff. I mean some of the stuff is pretty cool, but some of the stuff, I don't know if I am comfortable wearing yet. LOL! But he then tells me, it's not like it is going to stay on you long anyways. Ooh let us know if you hit 174! I am pretty sore myself, I did my toning, cardio, and my 220 crunches. Yeah I think I am not going to be able to get outta bed as easy. LOL

GrammyL- Ooh, well that will be nice once you hit 165, I know I can't wait to see pics of you.

Rain- Thanks! It felt great to get into that. I also went dress trying on for fun, they're having a big sale at Macy's, so I said what the hey. I tried on a frou frou designer one, and yes, I can fit into an 8. I was told that with some designers you have to go up one dress size, but so far so good,

Tammy- Glad to see you! Take one day at a time. Though it is good to hear that you are back at the Y. Take care of yourself.

Hi..I havent been here in a while. I have been hanging out in the 300+ forum. I have noticed a little change in my weight loss and decided it was time to change up my calories a bit because i had been eating to many bad carbs. for me a calorie isnt a calorie.

well no 174 tomorrow I guess
My DH got called to go into work at 4 this morning after being up til 12:30 thinking he didn't have to work until 8. so I am in for one grumpy goose when he gets home. its a huge thunderstorm again today so I am stuck in the house for the day for the bazillionth time in the last week and a half. I have a bit of a migraine as well. I watched my 2 nieces yesterday and they fight like crazy and are really mean to my son even though they are 3 and 6 and he is only 1. It was a VERY stressful evening now my livingroom is a disaster my kitchen is full of dishes and I don't want to clean lol. but I am off to have my breakfast of blueberries in milk

Hi Dgramie, for some, I guess a calorie isn't just a calorie. We are all different and need to work the plan that is right for each of us. Maybe watching your carbs and controlling calorie intake, together will help to jump start your fat loss.

Irish, three little kids all together would drive me insane. I admire your fortitude.

I had a good day, yesterday. Ate on plan, drank most of my water. Calories were: 1102.
