30 minutes walking for me. I hope to get some DVD time in later, but I'm happy to have exercised before dinner for a change. I'm going to keep trying to get mid-day walks in when it's not too yucky out.

I'm trying to add in cardio more this year, and what better time than when I'm already at the gym for my weight lifting?? So, 60 min weights and 25 min cardio... for 85
