  • Moved the treadmill into the living room - yeah! 33 minutes tonight to start with. It's a tread in the right direction!

    33 + 5052 = 5085
  • My CD turned out to be 21 minutes long - so 21 minutes on the elliptical today!

    Personal goal - 223/600

    Group Total - 5085 + 21 = 5106
  • 5106+30=5136
  • Personal Total : 250 of 1500

    Group Total: 5136 + 70 = 5206
  • Hi add 100 minutes walking for me. I REALLY have to start doing more - like my exercise DVDs! I PROMISE to START tomorrow!!!

  • Wow, look at us go! I don't have any minutes to add--no exercise yesterday or today because I'm just feeling so crappy But I had to come and show my excitement that we're over 5k minutes already, and it's only the 10th!

    30 minutes walking for me. I hope to get some DVD time in later, but I'm happy to have exercised before dinner for a change. I'm going to keep trying to get mid-day walks in when it's not too yucky out.

  • Half an hour on the elliptical yesterday, inclduing 5 straight minutes going backwards, bringing my total to 345.

  • I'm trying to add in cardio more this year, and what better time than when I'm already at the gym for my weight lifting?? So, 60 min weights and 25 min cardio... for 85
