Alright, back on track without that incessant coughing to slow me down--I have today of from work, and as I was laying on the couch being lazy and flipping through the channels, I found a balance ball cardio workout on tv, so I did the whole 60 minutes of it It was...interesting... but at least it was exercise!
Hooray for having the day off rom work--I just got back from a 60-minute walk! That brings me to 120 minutes of exercise just for today! I needed toothpicks for the chicken roll-ups I want to make for dinner, so I walked to the second-closest grocery store to my apartment (the first closest was just too close ).
For me, 39 minutes "dance it off"--I did the "hip-hop," latin, and ballet segments along with the warm up and cool down. Of course I was mostly tripping during the latin segment and I keep falling over during the ballet parts, but I can follow a little better each time.

I like to find ways to see how my performance improves over time in whatever physical activity I'm doing -- whether it's how long I can do it, or intensity or competence!! I think it really helps to pay attention to things like that!!! Plus, it sounds like you're having fun!
