We all have to start somewhere, and for gals starting with a lot to lose, getting moving is that much harder. I believe we need to reward ourselves and cheer ourselves and build our better bodies! It's okay if you're doing 100 or 300 or 1000 or whatever! I also believe it makes more sense to start with a reasonable number FOR YOU and build from there!!!!
I think very few people start at 1000... and I think even fewer 300+ people start with high minutes (though there are some exceptions!)
Let's celebrate our exercise!!!!
