I thought I'd posted here but apparently I didn't. I'm going to shoot for 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week. I'm doing some stuff with Yourself!Fitness, and it's easier to get in my 15 minutes that way. So my ultimate goal is 300 minutes.
I haven't exercised yet, as I've beeen, well, a bum. Group total is still 1475 minutes.
Whew, look at us go this month! Lots of people posting that I didn't see posting in December, so glad to have so many on board for the new year!
I got up and di my 30 minutes with Leslie Sansone followed immediately by a 45-minute walk outside. I was thinking of going for a walk later while at work, but I had some extra time this morning (I go in late on Thursdays so I work later and go straight to my TOPS meeting after work), so I figured I'd get it all done and over with
Oops, I've been exercising and keeping track of it but I forgot to add it on here...sorry girls...So far I have 135 minutes for the year (and I didn't even get to the gym yet today, I'll have more to add tonight!)...so here goes!

I walked around the mall for 2 hours. I've decided for the new year I'll count 1/3 of minutes from extra-ordinary shopping and cleaning, since my limited mobility has been keeping me from doing those things. So that's 40 minutes to add today.
