Way to go Angela and Catherine on the 2 hour mall walks!
Didn't post exercise last night, but yesterday and today I went for a 30 minute dog walk. I'm taking a new route with some hard hills, so I'm pretty happy with myself.
Okay, I can add my evening workout...I started with 10 minutes on the bike, 11 minutes on the eliptical and 35 on the treadmill...grand total of 56 minutes to add to our group total as well as my own...here we go
2290+56=2346!!!!
As obnoxious as this is, I'm going to have to toot my own horn here...My first workout was on Tuesday of this week (since Monday was a holiday, I gave myself a break from going to the gym) and SINCE tuesday I have worked out 191 minutes! THAT'S OVER THREE HOURS in THREE DAYS! I'm so proud of myself, you guys have no idea! Honestly, I'm going to attribute my kick butt work outs to the best christmas present I got this year...my IPod Nano!!! My boyfriend got me one of those suckers and when I'm jamming to my music and I'm on a machine my workouts are more intense and go much quicker. I swear I don't work for apple, but if anyone out there is a huge music person like me, I highly recommend getting one!
Toni - you make me miss my CD player even more! It's here somewhere, but I haven't been able to find it for ages.
Well, I got 17 minutes of crunches, weights and leg lifts. No cardio, tho. Bummer. But hey, it's WAY better than nothin'!
Okay - looks like I'm first today. I did 20 on the eliptical and a brisk .6 of a mile walk to work which I'm counting as 9 minutes because I'm tired of the 1 in my total!
I woke up early this morning for some quality time with Leslie and then just got back from a longer, harder walk, though still keeping the minutes at 30.
