Thanks for the heads up! I have bought so many DVD's that I ended up not caring for. That's why I didn't want to pay the $60 for the entire set. I got just the 5 workouts used from Amazon for $15. I will give it some time!

Dang so I miss a few days of reading and BAM there are four pages of unread posts! I am sorry that I am not the best supporter on these threads but I do love reading them even though I dont respond all the time. You guys are way awesome! Things are going pretty good. I think that I am going to start school this summer and go and get my RN since nurses pay pretty decent here in Cali. Well need to go do laundry so hope all of my teamies are doing fabulous!

Today has been the strangest of days! I have managed to accomplish a whole lotta nuttin but I really dont care!

I think all that exercise really bumped up my mood and my energy today even if I didnt do anything I was still alert and enjoying every moment of my day. I guess it helps goofing off with chellez, diva, julz and everyone else who got silly! Although Red team, we are the standard LOL! Black team over there sharpening up their fangs and numchucks and porn central on blue!

anyone know what is on tv tonight that I can work out to? Maybe I need to go rent a movie!

Karen...I've decided that I just dont like dvds, I dont have many but the ones I do have I just cannot pull myself to do. I swear I just sit and watch the clock the entire time hoping it gets over soon. I hope you really like the turbojam, I've heard alot of great things about it.

Barbara.... I think it is fantastic that you are going to extend your education! What a fantastic way to empower yourself! How very exciting for you, cant wait to hear how it all goes!

Another flyby today. I forsook posting so I could do my Zumba Cardio Party. Dang, I don't think that video was meant for people over 50! My tongue is on the ground and my heart rate was at the top of my target zone for the entire time. Hopefully, it was worth it and I can jump start this mini-slump I am in!

Let's finish strong this week! GO RED!!!!!!!

I have a ton of the Leslie videos. It is so great to watch many of the woman through the videos and how they have lost weight and the shape they are getting into. Really encouraging and motivational. Sometimes the weight can go up and down. Please, don't get discouraged. You just keep with it. The turtle always wins the race even when it stops for a little break .

Today has been that way for me to. Got done what I had to do and that was about it. No spring cleaning today. Every time I would bend over I couldn't breath and breathing is really something I like to do on a min by min basis lol. I will get my work outs in before I go to bed. Spring cleaning can wait another day, those workouts can't lol. Glad to hear you aren't quite ready for the rubber sheets lol.

Rennie...Red looks fantastic on you my friend!! You are so right, I think breathing is pretty important LOL, hope you had a good workout!

Just finished another fantastic workout! I did arms while I watched BB, yes I'm hitting the arms pretty hard the next 5 weeks before my graduation just in case my dress is sleeveless. I dont want to have regrets. Then I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, I dunno if it was hot in here or what but I'm sweating like a pig, much more than last night and I went longer last night. Plus I'm finishing up my 4th liter of water...i was thirsty! LOL!

Wow you are really going at it. I am sure you are going to see the results you are looking for. I have had a couple really nice work outs lol. Would like to get another walking/aerobic video in, just 2 miles, because I really like the music lol. Want to get at least 40 Min's resistance training in too. I will miss those that don't stay with us. I have grown use to chatting with everyone. It is like losing friends when people come and go.

Darn what kind of hola hoop do you all use if they cost that much. I thought the point was to work the hips and rest of the body. Must be more to it than that. I use one I got for 2 dollars at Target lol.

Doing a fly by tonight. Was going to post this morning but I was running behind schedule. I was down below 240 this morning! Now I'm hoping it stays off for good! I don't know what it is but I feel a lot smaller when I am below 240! weird psychological thing I guess.

Went to the gym tonight to do my C25K. I am so sore, think it's from last nights killer work out. I did some new stretches tonight to try to loosen up my back.

Going to hit the sack now and try to get a good nights sleep.

Ok, call me lazy. I did another walking/aerobic video 2 miles which makes 8 miles today but I didn't do resistance training. That is ok, I wasn't suppose to do it today I did it last night but I wanted to anyway. I am bushed. I knew there was no way I was going to be able to do things like rows with a stretchy cord and my head moving back and forth without it feeling like it was going to fall off lol.

You take it easy. There are times that I am a bit sore myself lol and if I try to push it to hard the darn shoulder starts to act up. I sometimes think I don't stretch enough at the end of my workouts I have started to stretch more and it really seems to help. Maybe stretching more would help you too.
