Muse – Congrats on being our biggest loser this week!

I hope the weather clears up so you can use your new bike!
Tina – I’m so glad the scale has been moving for you. Have fun at the museum. I think the glass blowing exhibit would be interesting.
Cat – Congrats on the 3 pound loss. I’m confident you’ll get to a solid 191 soon!
Shy – I’m glad you’re doing better. I can’t imagine you laying off the exercise!
Jasmine – I hope you had a fun vacation!
Melissa – I keep seeing the Turbo Jam infomercials and wonder how the DVD’s are. You’ll have to let me know how you like them. Congrats on the 4 pounds in spite of a hectic life. I hope things calm down soon.
Counting – I wish I had stuck to the virtual bunny like you did.

Oh well, it’s a new day.
Danielle – I’m sorry you’ve been so sick. I hope you get to feeling better with each new day.
Deb – I’m glad you enjoyed your long weekend. I also used mine to get some extra workouts in. Congrats on making it to the 170’s!
Yello – I hope you get to feeling better soon. Take it easy and give your body some time to heal.
Sara – I’m sorry you had computer problems. That is so frustrating. I really need to get my pictures backed up. I would be lost if I couldn’t get on this site during work. The Beck Diet Solution is a Cognitive Therapy book. You pick whatever diet you want to use (you actually pick 2 – the second one is a backup plan). It is a 6 week program to help you retrain yourself to think like a thin person. Each day you have one task to complete. For instance, one day you commit it sitting down every time you eat. Another task is to eat slowly and mindfully. It also addresses cravings and how to deal with emotional eating, etc. It really helped me the first 4 or so weeks of this challenge. I am just now restarting it because I need a refresher course. I would definitely recommend it.
Melissa (Hun) – I caught half of a couple of episodes of “I can make you thin” There seems to be a lot of things that I’m reading lately that have similar concepts. For instance on of the Beck concepts is to eat consciously which is also a step of Paul McKenna (I can make you thin). Maybe if I see/read it over and over it will finally stick.
