hehe...Sorry gf but that just cracked me up!!! I know you was embarrassed, but it's funny!

The hip doesn't hurt so bad today. It ached a little just now when we were out walking and climbing steps a lot, but it gets really aggravated when I seriously workout @ THE gym, so I dunno, I hope it's an easy fix.

Hi again RED team.

I've got to say thanks SO much to Terapet, Karen, Melissa & Rennie for making me feel better about taking a group class. I'm going to go for it as soon as I can get back into the gym routine. I like the idea of speaking with the instructor first, and of staying close to the door. lol. I think you ladies are right though, people will be concentrating on their own stuff for the most part (I hope!). I didn't know what zumba was, so I looked it up and it looks like so much fun! I hope my Y has it. I'll have to look it up in the program chart.

Went to the afterhours clinic yesterday & I have another sinus infection. I'm rather ticked off, because this is the 4th one since December. I can't excercise while I have it 'cause it sets off my asthma something fierce. I'm so frustrated with it. Will push my luck and go swimming today anyway though. Just keeping the inhaler nearby. I'm really excited to report that as of this morning, I've just hit 60 pounds lost! Feeling really happy.

I'm off to do my tax return now... good luck with your workouts this weekend, everyone!

-Yello.

WOW 60 pounds. That is TERRIFIC. I don't like group setting either and I have found people are to busy to pay attention to me lol. Sinus infections seem to have been bad this winter. I get one and get over it and get it again. Doesn't effect my asthma to much but you watch how much you are doing if it effects yours. Asthma is nothing to mess around with.

ms
3 pounds that is great. you are just closer and closer to where you want to be.

Danielle
Oh my gosh a bladder infection, there just isn't much worse than that. I have only ever had one in my life and I swear I was in more pain than when I was in labor. I sure hope you get better soon. Oh the kids laugh at me, they love to laugh at me. I guess at the ages they are I should be glad they pay any attention to me at all lol.

Cathy
Oh another one, we love you. " The falling over girls " thats what we are lol.

Hun
Darn you better be careful. You hurt your arm, you crush your cup you are a just an accident looking for a place to happen. Welcome to the club. I sure hope your arm gets better soon. We really do need to be careful that we don't over do things. I built my children their own computers. They don't even breath on my for fear of death lol.

Diva
What is this our body is falling apart week. We have more aches and pains than Buford Pusser ( Remember the man in Walking Tall ). We all seem to be hurting our selfs lately. You take care of that hip.

Good Sunday Red team! Not such a good sunday for me, I had to rush my dh to the hospital at 5am this morning for what we thought was gallstones...turns out we were right and we didnt even pay $100K for a medical degree! LOL!

So he's been admitted, he's got gallstones and pancreatitis (sp?) for 5 hours nothing they gave him for pain helped, finally something did at least enough so he could sleep. Once he wakes up he's gotta drink the stuff so he can have a catscan so the surgeon can see if it is a gallstone blocking the pancreas before they go in and fix it. So anyway before I make this into a long story it'll be a long couple of days for me. I'll pop in when I can for stress relief.

Dont forget weigh ins are due tomorrow!!

Hello Red Team! I'm having a lazy Sunday - I have a to-do list as long as my arm but no get-up-and-go to go do anything. Maybe I`ll drag myself to the gym and get in a little cardio this afternoon. I did a lot of damage yesterday - I won`t get into the gory details but I spent the day with my folks and had a panini for lunch and then Swiss Chalet for dinner. Then after a night out with the girls I got into some more badness when I got home. My losses have been slow with the good eating so I`m really scared to face the scale next Saturday.

Melissa - sorry to hear about your husband. Hopefully he`ll feel better soon and have a speedy recovery. Hugs to you hun.

Hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday!

Good afternoon ladies~ I can't believe it's Sunday afternoon already. The kids are are going back to school tomorrow I'm ready to get back to normal schedule over here. Today I'm cleaning and taking down Easter decorations. Yesterday we had my sister's baby shower. It went nice, but she was pretty sick, so I know she didn't enjoy it all that much I felt bad for her. Well I'm still struggling pretty bad to get back on track. I'm hoping with the kids going back to school and Kev going back to work that I'll get back on track. I took a freebie week this week. I really hated to do that with only 1 more weigh-in left, but I just couldn't face the scale. My period is due any second now and with how I've been eating I know it's going to be horrible. I need to go back about 5 pages and catch up...I'm hoping later this evening when the kids go to bed to do that. I just wanted to pop in and say hello though. Enjoy the rest of your weekend ladies

Thanks for the well wishes teamies. My poor dh is in absolute agony. Nothing they give him takes the pain away, he looks just terrible. He keeps asking why they just don't take it out and put him out of his misery but apparently they cant try to remove the gallstone that is blocking the pancreas until the inflammation goes down or they'll make it worse. I guess we'll see what tomorrow brings.

I ate TERRIBLY today. Not because of stress thankfully but grabbing fast food when I could isnt such a great idea. Makes my tummy hurt! I think this week what I'm gonna have to do is try and utilize the cafeteria...there's gotta be better choices in there right?

Okay I'm beat, gonna get my kiddos ready to head back to school tomorrow and hopefully crash out for the night!

Dont forget to post your weighin for Week 11!

Oh Melissa, I am sorry about your husband. I hope the inflammation goes down quickly so they can get them out!

I am back online after a long stressful week. Got my TOM too, and no surprise with only 1 day at the gym I am up 2. But...the good news is all week I am off early enough to meet with my trainer and I plan on seeing her every day and getting back on track. I also get paid tomorrow so I will be able to buy better groceries and take lunch to work instead of eating the free cafeteria food. Free doesn't mean free in calories LOL.

Anyways, I wanted to say hello to all and I am going to try to go back and catch up on the last I think 10 pages I am behind! I will be checking in a lot more now. I hope everyone is well and I signed up for the next challenge and requested Red again - hoping ya'll did too!

Good morning ladies!!! Melissa~ I hope your DH gets surgery soon and is out of misery. I will be praying for a speedy recovery. So far things here are going ok with the ex here. Little man is finally starting to feel better. Classes start today so it's going to be hectic around here. I am up 1 lb this week. TOM is in full swing but I am determined to stay on track and get these lbs off! Check back later.
