So, I was worried that being on spring break would be a bad thing for me - i need schedule! But so far, two days off hasn't hurt me. Now comes the big test - I am going to a resort and spa tomorrow! And I'm going all by myself for some relax time! Here's to hoping that all goes well!

Water is for getting a shower with lol. The most water I tend to drink is what goes down my throat when I brush my teeth lol. I do make sure I get 8 oz a day.

You are doing great. Each day is a day for good choices.

There is very little we can do about DOT weight gain. It goes away that is the good thing.

I think the nvs threads you see around are great. They really do remind us there are so many more victory's than the scale.

Swimming is great for the body. To bad I swim just good enough to save myself ( maybe lol ) and that is about it. A good workout always makes the body feel a little different the next day. Congrats on a great workout.
I float pretty darn good lol. Remember the hostess commercial with the big lady in the black bathing suit with the white piece down the middle. The shark bit her bottom and said " Where is the cream filling? " That is me lol. I always wondered how they got a video of me floating around lolol.

MS- A spa day sounds fantastic right about now...with TOM I would love for someone to rub my back for about and hour Enjoy
Karen, Kari, and Tera- Great job girls...I'll admit yesterday was shaky for me, but I made it through and today seems easier. We can do this!!! How is day 2 going for you all so far?
Sara- I'm always up a few pounds when TOM is in town, so don't let that get you down! I honestly don't know of any women who isn't up a few around that time. I know your frustration though believe me!
You can actually watch the whole video on our site if you wanna LOL....the show just did a couple of quick flashes of me. Here's the link
So quickly little update before I go fall into a coma. My dh has been moved to the ICU, which is actually a good thing, he can get specialized care now. They tried to put in a pick line today but he got too combative and caused a ruckus in the ER so they are going to try again tomorrow. The pick line is important because they need it to give him protein and sugar IVs which apparently should help the pancreas. My mother in law is spending the night with him tonight so no more 3am calls I can get a good nights sleep and hit it again tomorrow! Thanks for all your well wishes guys, and I'm sorry to go MIA in our last week but I know you all understand. Keep up the great work!
