Does anyone else give themselves rewards like that to look forward to? I know those are the wrong kind of rewards. I work one overnight a week and does anyone have any suggestions how I follow the plan with that? The guy at my mrc told me to eat three times one day and wait the five hours and start another day then....that seams like i'm eating a lot in a 24 hour period.
3lbs is awesome..seriously.. My body tends to drop a big number the first week i start anything.. but then it slows down..2-3lbs a week is awesome. As far as rewards...maybe you should thing of other things..how about a spa treatman with mom? Mani, pedi? Something...those can be done even in the same price range. I still go out to eat a lil too often..so i understand. Also as far as chicken..I ate ALOT of ground turkey now. I make turkey tacos or turkey ranch burgers...Chicken maybe once a week. I really like the melba toast chicken Congrats on your weightloss..this isnt biggest looser you shouldnt drop 10lbs in a week...be proud of ur loss.

Hi Everyone,

I've been MIA for a while. 3 jobs, school, this diet and a potential move was just too much for me. I put my MRC program on pause while I simplify my life and I nixed the move, so things are finally doing better. My center said to just stay on pre-conditioning until I come back OP. I've been using this time to eat my own healthy way, so I could see if I would gain/lose/maintain on my own. My way includes eating more and exercising more. I actually really enjoying hiking and going to the gym, but I felt that OP I was on such a restricted diet that I didn't want to push it (I'm already giving many hours of massage a week).

So I've been off plan about a week now. I had a few days of responsibly enjoying off plan foods and exercising. And I've been maintaining my weight, but looking and feeling more fit. This morning I finally broke into the 170's, woohoo!!

I'm proud of you all with your weight loss and don't want you guys to be discouraged with 1-3 lb loses. Your body can be losing lots of inches during that time and it's probably safer to go slowly. Keep your eye on how far you've come! I'm so glad to have you all for support and insight. I should be coming back OP once school is over. Keep on a rockin' ladies! (and men if there are any)

Went to WI.. Hoping to hit my 50lbs.. But nope.. Still at 49... I had a loss of 1.5lbs.. I'm trying to be happy about the loss.. My brain says it's a good thing and not to stress.. But my heart wanted 50lbs.. So I'm going to be 100% on program for the rest of the week and WI again on Friday.. I'll get there this week..

So close! You're doing awesome, I'm right there in the same boat as you. I want to hit that -50 mark by the end of the month, but I need to be looking more to the -45 mark at this point, lol. I'm sure you'll make it though, go you!

Yes, you know, as I look back -- ANYTIME I stayed on my plan and knew deep in my heart that I hadn't made any of those "little" exceptions within a week's time, I would always show a loss of 3-5.5 lbs -- the truth pure and simple. Golly Geez -- I gotta stay on plan!

Yes MEEZOOGIRL, you will get it done this week!

Just completed week 2 of stabilization and somehow managed to lose 1.5 more lbs! I am not .5 lb away from my initial goal!! Woohoo. I'm still not confident/comfortable completely with stabilization I feel out of control. After being OP for 20+ weeks it is amazing how even a little change can affect me psychologically - I am still worried about just piling the weight on, but it is still coming off Gotta love MRC - teaching me the right way to live!!!
