And congrats on your weigh in Karla!
The "Easter Menu" was just a few things they pulled out of the cookbook. If you want the info just let me know & i'll post it Have a good Easter & good luck. I spoke to my Mom & she is planning a meal that is definitely not OP so I will have to bring all of my food & cook it over at my parents house so that my bf & I feel like we are a part of the meal. It is kind of a bummer....but in the end it will pay off.

Hola, Happy Easter everyone, I did WI a day early down 2LB after 1 week, so I am happy. I forget that it's slow steady losing weight on this program. Last time it seemed to happen so quickly. April goal is to hit the 10 pounds mark.

Hi All! I am new to the forum I think I posted once. I have been OP for 23 days. I weighed in on my 21st day and had lost a total of 21lbs! So thats a pound a day! Wooohooo. I am now noticing the last few days I have really been cheating here and there. I bought my son a dip to go with his celery, and it became my new addiction. I had to have it on everything and it is of course not on plan. I went from being overly perfect, not even licking my hands when I prepared different foods for family. And now that I reached an awesome weight loss in 21 days I am almost wanting to go back to my old ways. I guess the mental trip is just messing with me! Errr... I want to get back on plan tomorrow and do it the right way again. No more mini cheats. Sorry for the rambleing. PS. how do I get a picture on here. They say they cant load? Also what about the weight tracker things. And is there a how to thread. I guess I havnt really ventured off of the MRC thread. Maybe I should and I could answer my own questions.

Good job on your loss so far! The ticker will not display until you have been a member of 3FC for 20 days & have posted 20 times. There are a lot of informative threads! Good luck on getting back OP...you can do it...remember you have lost a lb a day so far!!
I am sending you some :

Oh....the Easter Carbs. We'll see how this week goes at WI. My goal is to be perfect OP until I WI on Weds. Hopefully, I'll maintain...I don't expect a loss. I wasn't terrible, but definitely not OP. Oh well...we'll see how it goes.

Congrats on the great losses Scarlette and Angela! Scarlette - I had that plateau too...It'll melt off as soon as you pass it.

Ugh!! Was sick for 2 weeks!! Slowed my weight loss down tremendously, because of the meds!! But I signed the 70lb board and I'm heading to the 80lb board and Onederland next!! I HAVE to get there before my son's graduation in May, but I want it by the end of this month, if not sooner!
Had an NSV last weekend too!! I bought a pair of 18 jeans and 2 days later they were getting too big. Tried them on today and I could definately get into a size 16 now wooohoooo!!! It kinda makes missed goals worth it lol

Hi All, I'm new. This is my first day OP. I was really nervous about having to drink the HN. They looked so gross...but this one tastes like Tang! yay. I tend to do really good on diets for about 4 days and then when i start to loose I start cheating. I have promised myself I will NOT this time. This program is the strictest I've ever been on. Maybe that will help. I really enjoy reading all of your posts! Glad I found this site

Note to self.. DO NOT make Rice Krispie treats for kids on Easter.. I think I ate 4 of them. Plus the Easter carbs.. I've been starving today because of the sugar from yesterday..

Hope Y'all had a great Easter... Back on program today.. Keeping my fingers crossed that I can fix my slip up by Friday WI..

Wow! you are doing great! I got in a place where after a big loss I too started to get the feeling of not being quite so diligent about the program. So don't go there, it is really dangerous.. I can speak from experience as most of the folks on here can. Keep doing what you are doing looks like you are going to make your goal..

Cheers!
