Default I cheated

Thanks everyone. I am down 1/2 pd...better than gaining right? lol I have began walking and running and that seems to help. To be honest, I am the nibbler, taster, bitter, licker. **sigh** I am still losing just very, very slowly. So common sense tells me to stop doing that.

Oh more question...my husband is on this diet as well and in the last 3-4 weeks he is very hungry at night and still hungry after dinner. My center was pretty useless in telling me what he could do. The most they said was eat protein at breakfast like chicken, fish or tuna. Blaugh! Does anyone have any suggestions?? Has anyone gone through this too? My husband has lost 30 pds since 11/08 and I am afraid if he continues this eatting at night he will just give up. He is still losing but it has slowed down.

Thanks!

Well, it's been a while and I and at my goal now. I needed to check back in to stay accountable. It always helps me to read these boards. I am on week 4 of stabilizaton (I am totally dragging it out becuase I was so busy at work the last month that I did not go in to the center very often). I keep toying with the idea of wanting to loose about 10 more. I probably would lose a bit more except I keep having an OP dinner/day then taking a week to go back down on the scale, LOL.

Heatherren: Congratulations on making it to your goal! The accountability piece is really the key in keeping on track. You may want to take a look at the thread on Maintenance.

Congratulations on reaching your goal!!! I can't wait to be there We are the same height and my goal weight is also 160. Like you, I've thought I will probably want to get to 150 instead. I thought once I got there I would see what size I'm wearing and then decide. I was 150 when I got married and that was a comfortable weight for me then. I set the goal thinking that is 20 years and three kids later so I'd probably be ok. You'll have to let me know what you decide.

congrats on making goal!

i picked 160 initially *i haven't weighed that since 8th grade!* and i'm 5'6" but they told me my range should be more so i'll prolly stick to my 160 if i can afford to get there. i estimated my tax return and it looks like i've got to reevaluate what i had decided to put where.

**YEA** Congrats on hitting your goal! I'm on week 5 of stab--doesn't it feel weird to be adding all that food back in?

Well ladies...I am down 2lbs since Fridays WI, so I am officially down 27lbs! I was worried because I kept thinking I was hitting a plateau, but I must have just slowed down for a few days there! I also did my Tanita today and she said that it showed that all my weight loss was officially fat loss!!! How awesome...and I can't forget to tell you that I have lost just over 30 inches so far! Yeah baby!

You can add up to 3 fiber fills a day. I would have him drink this in the evening - it got me through New Year's Eve without cheating!

Quick check-in..

Heathern..CONGRATS on getting to goal! WOOHOO! That's great!

BonnieMcC..Congrats on that weight loss and inches loss! That's amazing!

I WI this am and was up another 1/2 lb. A little irritating b/c my scale had me down 2 lbs. However, I DID eat breakfast and have coffee before WI, so I'm hoping that explains it. I wasn't good the past few days so that would explain it even more.

I have to say that I'm a little irritated over my appointment. My counselor (the manager) mentioned twice in our talk that "in order to be eligible for program" I need to get my multi, flax and drinks from them. I know that and I HAVE purchased a TON of stuff over the last year (almost a year now). Yes, I know I have bought stuff elsewhere but the majority of my herbs/vitamins and HNS have come directly from MRC. They probably see me posting on here talking about other sites to order from. So, if that's the case "HI there!".

I know I need to be more diligent with EVERYTHING on program. However, all the pills they recommend are NOT required. I've bought a TON of stuff and I just get a little upset when it's mentioned like I'm going to be kicked out or something. I have at least 10-15 boxes of drinks at my house that came directly from my center. I'm really only required to take 2 a day. That's 52 days worth right there. There's stuff I bought before (my first go-round OP) that I never used so I have plenty left.

I can't afford to buy anything else right now. I just signed back up for over $100 and then got more drinks for another $90, not to mention the B6 (I didn't need) that I bought and probably some other stuff as well.

Okay, off my soap box. I love my center and all the girls there, but I've spent so much money on this plan so far that I don't like feeling like I'm going to be disqualified for not buying more stuff from them. I told my dh about it and he said "did you tell them you can't afford it"?

I'm back on track (AGAIN) today and hope to get to the gym to start week 6 of the C25K again. WOOHOO! I just need to get out of this funk I'm in. They're having a class on "emotional eating" tonight so I'm going to try and get to that. I think I've done it before, but I'm sure it couldn't hurt to have a "refresher" course!
