I take 9 Flax a day which is the most my center says I can take. I've rarely had a problem going. I don't know if it is coincidence or not but I seemed to have notice an increase in weekly weight loss most of the time since I started taking the max.

Good Morning Everyone!

I have had to go back to the office, to train the person who took over my position (DH runs the business, I run the children). Luckily, through conversation, I found out that she lost 80 lbs with MRC, and has kept it off for over 5 years! So now I have living proof that is can be done!

I went to WI yesterday, and I have lost a total of 6.4 lbs! That is in one week! Today is the first day of the blue menu. I am excited about the extra protein at lunch, but confused about fewer vegies at dinner. Of course, I am getting pretty tired of seeing lettuce. There really are not that many vegies that I like to eat raw.

Oh, yesterday I also bought the All Day Weight Loss, and the Internal Cleanser. I was laughing when I read the posts this morning regarding the cleanser. I purchased them because I thought that I was having a problem with the Flax Seed Oil, but I also realized this morning that it is probably the cheese... I am lactose intolerant!! It only took me one week to figure out I am dealing with a problem that I have had my whole life... I think that my brain cells are shrinking first!

You gals are awesome!

I want to consider upping my flax...maybe 3 per meal? I don't think I "go" enough.

I was disappointed at WI this week. It had been a full week (almost) and I was only down 1.8....but I worked out so much.

Then I was measured...and I've lost 24.5 inches! That perked me up. I need to tighten up OP though. I've been getting a little lax in some areas....

I honestly feel like this cheeseburger soup is too good to be true. My cheesecake was an epic fail!! haha. It was WAY too lemony. I think I added two Tablespoons of lemon juice when it was supposed to be 2 TEAspoons. The consistency surprised me though...it was good. I'm going to try the pumpkin one which uses two vanilla puddings and instead of one van pudding and one lemon.

We'll see.

Other than that I tried a new drink today - pineapple. I added too much water, but with less I think it'll be really good!!!!
Have a great day everyone.

I am in Mandarin also. I was just there yesterday, and I am not sure when my next day will be... Friday with 3 children, or Saturday with out. Should seem like a no-brainer, but it also depends on what DH is doing!

o.k. you have convinced me...gotta try the cheeseburger soup! i am currently stuck on 3 things that i double the recipes, 2 of the meals i freeze in individual baggies: chili relieno casserole (posted in the recipe thread by namste) and soft taco casserole (recipe thread by namaste)..i keep this on hand at all times in my freezer. then i double the recipe for the cheesecake in the cookbook....it is sooo good..it will last 8 breakfasts..i look forward every morning to eating this. i tried the choc cheesecake..i must of done something wrong cuz it was gross. soooo i am going to try adding the cheeseburger soup to my list of "gotta haves".

The Internal Cleanser? I didn't use it the first time around, but it was included with my "starter kit" this time and I do like it. I've never had particular issues with not going enough, but things had gotten a little....shall we say....unpredictable for me. Much more predictable these days.

Wow - 4 a day? I only take 2 daily. One with breakfast, one with lunch. (The Internal Cleanser).

Congratulations! Isn't it nice not to be that typical person who gains weight during the holidays!!! And to win $100 on top of that is great!
