Woohooo

Went to WI in I am only down .5 but you know how hard it is to stay OP the weekend so I am not upset about that just happy it is moving. The big news is I am down 20.25 in total, and my fat % was 36.3 now it is 32.9 wow I am just now in range but I still have 12.5 pound to lose. So a non scale victory today.

I change from the Enhancer to the all day weight loss to maybe help me shack the body up a little. Any one on the all day? and how is it working for you?

Thanks

Just wanted to stop in and say hello ~ and huge congrats to all the 'weekend losers!!' ;)

I had my WI last Thursday, when I got my new menu and I had lost 3 lbs, so I guess that was pretty good. I should go in tomorrow to get the newest menu and weigh in, but I've got to go today since I will be out of town tomorrow. hopefully they will do my measurements, I'm sorta curious about that ... :D

Hope everyone has an awesome Monday!!

You go girl with the 3 pounds Keep up the good work

Hey all!

I'm on my home stretch for metaquick. If I never see another caramel nut bar, it'd be too soon. YUCK!!! I used to really like them. Hopefully the Wednesday WI will be as good as the Saturday one. Good luck this week!!! Sending good vibes to everyone!

Good Luck,

The Metaquick really did not do anything for me, I did it last week, but maybe Ill see something later on this week, I tried and love the Chocolate Bar and Strawberry Wafers but they do get a little sweet. Good Vibes back at you :carrot:

I need a little help,

I hate to ask but yall would know, I am backed up if you know what I mean and nothing is helping and it has been this way really from the start. Is there anything I should add or anything that would help. Is there anything over the counter that I should not take that might miss up the plane. thanks for your help and sorry about the personal question.

I have had this problem throughout program. The first thing they had me try was taking all 9 flax and all 4 internal cleansers at night before bed. You may wanna try that, though it didn't work for me. They also recommended dieter's tea, which does work pretty well. I was also told if I go 3 days without a BM to take a correctol. I've done them all. HTH.

About the bars, the next I plan to try is the vanilla wafer ones. I hear they are wonderful. And about metaquick. It didnt work the first time I did it. But I did 2 shakes. The counselor said that was wrong to do a bar for breakfast and a shake for lunch. Tried it again and lost 3.5. Who knows!

Thanks for the Warm Welcome to All

Thanks to all of you; you have all been so supportive. I swear I could, "write the book" about diets, although sticking to the plans over the years has always been a problem. I am hopeful though that this one will truly work for me.

Rocki: Rocky49... I decided to use Rocky in memory of my mother (that was her nickname) The 49 is the year I was born.. Yep, I'm an oldie. :)

Good luck to everyone this week!

My boss has had the same issue on weight watchers (I havent hadnt the problem yet *knock on wood*) but she SWEARS by aleo vera pills ... SPECIALLY when she first started taking 'em. Shes been using 'em for awhile now and she said that they dont seem to help AS much as they did ... but, she still takes 'em cause they will help her.

One more question ..

What is this MetaQuick I keep hearing about??

exsquisit 08-25-2008 03:26 PM

Metaquick is supposed to jumpstart your weight loss if you plateau. You do a bar for breakfast, a shake for lunch, and then eat your regular menu dinner. Some people do all shakes or all bars, but the bars have been said to stall you sometimes.

Did I just read the bars will stall you sometimes, Maybe that is the thing for me and the small weight loss, I have them about 3 times a week. I am going to cut them out this week and see what happends......

JSTUCKLY 08-25-2008 03:58 PM

where do u get the dieter's tea?

exsquisit 08-25-2008 03:59 PM

The counselors at my center told me that. They said it may be carb overload. I try not to eat too many of them, usually only when I have no time at all to fix anything.
