Wow, it has been busy here today. I was able to read all of the posts, but no chance to write individual replies. I do like Katie's thread on self-fulfilling prophecies - I need to spend some time thinking what mine is going to be. I absolutely agree with the theory though - my DB always told me growing up that I was fat and wouldn't make it in the real world. I definitely wasn't fat then, but did grow up to be overweight. I know now that being overweight wasn't in the plans for me - this is something I did to myself; therefore, I have the power to change it.

Decided to have pizza for dinner - hopefully the extra fat (from cheese) will help my body function better tonight. Skipped WI today, but must go tomorrow. I am still OP though - SSPVfat for the pizza.

Jamie just plan ahead and pack. Make sandwiches before you go and have fruits and veggies on hand always. Pack a cooler with water and lunch meat. Just plan plan plan!!

You are so nice...I am tall, I'm 5'8" and sitting in the picture so most of my large behind is not visible. I carry all of my weight in my butt. I am barely a size 10 and would love to lose about 10-15 more pounds...don't know if that's realistic. Truthfully, I would happy to drop 10. Never been this thin in my life!

Mary--is this for me? Part of the "8 week body makeover" TO, slimdown (? I think that's what they are called) and the jetstarts. I refuse to pay $279 for the program --I told her one thing I didn't like was the drinking my food--I want to chew and feel it in my mouth!

Are any of my T/O pals obsessing about food like I am??

I just demolished my last orange of the day...last bit of food!!...and I could easily munch down some more!!!
I am going to have a SF hot chocolate.
Maybe that will shut down the little voice in my head.
Not physically hungry - just want to eat.

Guess I have to accept that battle will rage on - even in maintenance.

Milca--never a bother. I don't know much about it because I wouldn't let her finish the salespitch today but it's a LAWL program for 8 weeks where you do cycles of TO, Slimdowns (?), and jetstarts, along with all the pills and they say you will lose 2-3 dress sizes in the 8 weeks and you get all the products (I assume) for $279. My center just finished a "5 week slimdown" so I guess this is the new thing to push. During the last one they were all hot and heavy over "a guaranteed 10 lbs lost" well, yeah--you are already guaranteeing that in the regular plan so why should I pay extra $$ for a different way to lose the same weight. Not sure if this makes sense. I will look for the "5 week program" handout they gave me and see what the deal was.
