beanie - I don't normally have a problem on plan. I just had a awful/wonderful (lol) off-program weekend. It's just this takeoff plan. I doubt that I will do it in the future. It's a bit much for me.
I'm going to weigh in tonight after work. I'm a little worried I've had two bad days. I broke down and ate chips, ice cream, and chicken and dumplings. I worked out each day and drank all my water so hopefully I didn't do two much damage. I probably gained back the 2lbs I lost Monday. Wish me luck...
tee, try some lemon water tonight. and after you get off, it is soo easy to keep eating off plan. Try to get back on asap and in a day or two you shoudl be fine.

I know it ussualy takes to Firday for my TOm water weight to go away and i was pretty surprised that i never gained water weight (by the scale) while I was on TOM, well today I weighed in at 165.0. I checked for over an hour and i was still there, even went down to 164.8 once. So here's to hoping i will actually see a constant 164.8 tommorrow.
it has now been exactly 7 weeks since i started the program. i went for my mid week weigh in and was only down .4, but considering i have cheted alittle, i guess im lucky im down and not up. I figured out im losing at a rate of 3.1 lbs per week. deffilently bette than any other plan ive been on.

Had my WI yesterday, and lost another full pound! Tomorrow marks three weeks since I joined, and so far I'm down 6 lbs. Had a TOM stall, but things feel like they're back on track.
