Hi All-

WTG on the loss emmysmom. I finally went to the center today after not going in for 2 weeks. I needed a break from the counselors The counselor I talked to today was great-understood immediately what I was getting at and suggested I pick 1 or 2 counselors and request them when I come in. I've thought about doing that, but didn't want to make it a confrontation with anyone, yanno? Anyway-she even wrote it in my chart. She's cool-but unfortunately leaving after next week.

The good news is I was down another 3 lbs and have been officially moved to the regular red plan. And I'm only 1 lb away from the big 4-0!

Have a great weekend everybody!

P.S. I'm already missing that 2nd Dairy . . .

Mary-

I've already shelled about almost $1000 on lites, so I better keep eating them

I'm with you...on work days, my body aches for them on cue at @ 9:45 and 4:45. I don't even need to look at the clock to know its times to go home anymore, my body just says "lite time"

Also I think my late nate snack rendevous caught up with me I was back at 170 this morning, but I am not claiming that number until I see it for two days... I amdoing lemon water and extra water until TO. I'm sur eI had way to miuch salt.

Mary-

I do like the lites. I'm probably the only one who loves the fruit and oat bar-I prefer that in the morning instead of a choc one. Every once in a while I get tired of them and do a couple of days of Lunas for a change. I really don't have any sweet cravings-so if the lites are the reason why, I'm eating them! Even at TOM-I don't crave choc-amazing. Now, salt, is a different matter . . .

I like the lites as well. And just like juliemarie, I love the fruit & oat bar. My center recommended them to hopefully aid in keeping me regular since it has fiber in it.

I switch up on the rest of them for variety so that I don't get tired of any of them. Now if this question is posed in a few months, lets see if I have the same response...LOL

Hi Everyone,
I cannot do the lites because I have irritable bowel syndrome. I did try, against the advice of my center, because I really wanted to do them, and I had cramps so bad sitting on the potty, that I threw up! No more bars for me!!
I am at 197 right now, and I really hope to hit my Halloween goal of 195, but TOM came at a rather rude time. We'll see! Katie

I'm on Red, soon going to Purple. What I will hate giving up is my 1/2 protein.

I like the fruit and oat ones - but I like the honey nougat ones better for breakfast. . And I do look forward to them, too.

Great job Deetsmom,

I knew you would make it through. I'm at 167.6 this morning, hoping for a full 2 pound loose when I add in todays TO. Then I will be pretty close back to my 2# a week goal.

Well, here it is...October 31st. I didn't quite make my October goal. But, I went to WI today...I lost 1.6 since the Friday and hit the 150's! I was 159.6!!! I told the counselor that I didn't think I would ever see the 150's again. Time to start figuring my next short-term goal.
