  • Omg!!!!
  • and that also puts me past 25 lbs lost....yeah
plus I was still not sure about it, so I tried to weigh one more time before i got dressed and guess what it was actually .2 lower this time. I won't count the .2 yet, but I am proof positive about the 1.2 now.
  • Change your ticker, Shennie!!!
  • Yahoooo Shennie!
  • I haven't been into the COD this week, but on my home scale I have been 161/162 for the past 3 days so I thinks it's safe to say I am 162.

Happy New Year to all my fabulous LAWL coherts!
    Here's to a slimmer 2006.

  • Down .4 today..not as good as I wished, but not complaining either!
  • Deets~ you are so close,,,just keep the faith

I Weighed this monring even though I try not to during TOM, but I was up 2 lbs. I wonder how much of that is water. I hope to be down 1 lb after TOM leaves.
  • Just got back from the COD -officially 162 even.

They were ringing bells and dancing around...and I was pouting because I'm not in the 150's. Who needs the AA -(atitude adjustment) around here

I should be happy I didn't gain after all that horrendous cheating over the past few weeks.
    Can't stomach a T/O just yet - I love my oatmeal breakfasts.

    Happy POP day to all!

  • sznn I would kill for a center that dance for me
  • congrats to all the losers!
  • Sznn - I'm dying for the 160's (although I said that about the 190's, too). . .

Question for you - how do you make your oatmeal?
  • Julie - I use slow cook organic oats - I sometimes cook the oats up with fruit such as frozen mango or berries.
I sooo look forward to my breakfast

This AM my scale says 160 - why couldn't it be co-operative yesterday???
I am working on my attitude adjustment - getting rid of that glass half empty attitude - to be quite honest I am thrilled to be 20lbs lighter!!!
I even wore my designer jeans that haven't fit for 2+ years. They drive me crazy though as they are too low in the rise and squatting down creates the old unsightly plumbers butt

  • my book gives a measurement for oatmeal and says 1/2c cooked...how much oats do I use to make it..I get all confused with their measurements...do I cook 1/4 c?
  • Deets - I just use the eyeometer when cooking, but there are directions on the oatmeal bag. I usually end up making 1C cooked - eat half -put the other half in a bowl to nuke the next day.

Can't believe I'm so excited about oatmeal....my how things have changed in 9 short weeks.

  • Deets- Yes, I do use 1/4 oats and I think about 1/2 c water. I like to mix berries or 1/2 chopped banana in to mine, too.
