Deets~ when I make grits I make ¼ cup to make it come out as ½ cup. (actually it is about 2 spoonfuls too much, but I push it in to make it fit) so I guess it will be about the same

Well my ticker is official again. I was at 43.4 then my sister came and in a week I gained 5 lbs. Didn't go last week went today and I am back down I have lost 43.8 lbs total! A little disappointed in myself for wasting the last 2 weeks but all in all greatful to be down!

Yeah Beanie!! you are doing great. i think we all have some messed up weeks between thansgiving and the new year, but we are all back on track now....don't you leave us anymore, you here

Shennie - woohoooooo! Congrats! Just don't send TOM my way! LOL I know that I love getting on at work their connection is so much better, I have an old old computer at home and it takes forever to load and stuff. But for my LAWL 3FC fix I will put up with it!

I'm so excited I lost another 2.7 lbs since Wed total for 5 days is 3.1. I wasn't sure I'd show more of a loss, since Wed only had me down .4. Thanks again for all of you who show so much support to all of us newbie’s this last week, it sure helped.

Down .2 today, now my ticker is correct at 134.8. I wouldve thought it was more since my home scale said in the 133's yesterday but TOM is due tomorrow and I had a CC on Saturday night...my first time ever with the "hamburger and fries" combination- it was YUM!
