Default Knudsens Juice

I know I have seen something about this on this thread but I'll ask anyway. I went to my neighborhood store yesterday and they had Knudsens Juice but there were all flavors. What flavor do you use with this take off plan? Thanks for any information.

Donna

Donna - it seems that the Morning Blend juice is the closest to the TO juice.

I only lost 0.2 over the weekend, but I WI and get measured on Wed, so I'm pretty excited about the measurements...I lost 9 inches the first time I got measured, which was 4 weeks ago. But even better, yesterday when I went to WI, I found out that I won a prize for our monthly contest. My center had a "chinese auction". We got tickets for pounds lost, # of visits per week, etc. Then we put our tickets in a bucket for each prize we wanted to win. I won a baset of LAWL goodies...biscotti, snacks, smoothies and more. I was so excited because I never win anything!

Cool

Ok, yesterday was my first trial run day on the blue plan. I followed it to a t, and this morning I was 182, down from 184 even with af here today. This must be the right plan, I picked.
