deets, you changed your avitar. Took me a minute to realize who you were

i was actually up .6 this morning, But i had a little over my half potatoe last night and it was a late dinner, plus i might have got some extra sodium in at lunch, so i did warm lemon water this morning and am drinking some extra water. However, it feels good to be officially in the 160's now (I've stayed for 5 days, so it counts now)

Think I will do TO this weekend too...deets, i think were on the same schedule

Went to WI today and was down 2.4 lbs. Best yet though is that I'm now in the teens. Another mini goal reached!

Well I went to WI and I was only down by .2 lbs. I'm not upset about it though since I know that I would have lost more if it wasn't for than daggone constipation. Any suggestions???

How did you get a cookbook for free? Great job! I um....GAINED over a pound and have been POP AND worked out this week. At the center they said that it was probably cos the last two weekd I have had little exercise, then resumed the past three days in a row. I reviewed my loss history and see that this kind of gain is cyclical for me...every three weeks I have a no loss week or in this case...A GAIN week. Its a week after my period, and my records show this as happening every three weeks, so I PRAY Monday will be better. Plus, like Shennie, I am going TO this weekend too (hoo-ray (YAWN) ).

Deets,
Thank you...the cookbook wasn't actually free. I got my $25 off coupon for weighing in 10 times this month, so I used that to buy the cookbook. It cost me $4 after the coupon.
