Shredded paper is great for the garden or flower bed, as long as it is not color.

Default Stacey - Popcorn

Thanks for all the input about popcorn. The Smart Pop mini bags say they have 180 mg of sodium (8 percent of daily value) so that could be the reason they don't want us to have it. But sometimes you've gotta do what you've gotta do! I was only down .2 yesterday at WI so maybe I should hold off on it until next week.

Have a good day!

Stacey
I am going to weigh in today. I'll pick up a bag of the popcorn and post the nutrition values this evening, then you can compare them. When we go to the show, David (hubby) always gets popcorn and I eat my LA Lite and fruit. So far I haven't missed the popcorn at all. That is the only time we ever eat it, so I am happy that I have something to eat so I won't miss the poporn.

I try to stay as close to plan as possible and I am happy so far!

Good luck!

Default Luna bars

Kate,

I think most don't tell. I did buy some LA Lites, but I also use the Lunas. I just sub a Lite for a Luna and don't say anything. I record it in the diary as a Lite.

Hey chickies -

I'm booooooooored! Our database is undergoing some huge upgrade this weekend so everybody had to be logged out of it by noon today, but the powers that be are making us all stick around til 2:30 anyway, even though there's not much that can be accomplished with no database. So I'm sitting on my heinie trying to think of something interesting to do for the next two hours...

Hi all. I see the board has been busy as usual. My day is okay, but I'm also bored and think I may leave work early today. I have a meeting in 5 minutes and then I think I may be outta here for the weekend. It's beautiful in Milwaukee today, but pretty hot in the sun. Later this afternoon, we'll have the Blue Angels tearing up the skys. It's really cool.

Diane - you can always go back and edit - I do it often.

So, I just killed an hour and a half updating all of our online banking (credit cards and whatnot) with our new address and bank info and stuff. Only 28 more minutes to go!

Thanks Fiona. As you can tell, I'm pretty new to this stuff. So, I'm still at work for the moment killing some time.

Default Buyer Beware

Hi Chicks.....

Just got back from WI at cod and want to share info on the newest product they are pushing.

Xcel - a bottle of 160 pills
They do all of the below: Appitite suppressant, increases metabolism, increases energy level, decreases cravings, increases alertness and mental well being, decreases bloating and water retention......All for only $89.00

Oh and you take two pills before breakfast and lunch.

I didn't buy them becuz I still have some FB and Trimax. My counselor said she can really tell they work, she has been taking them for a week. Even if they do work, I think that is out of my budget.

I was up, only ounces, I will be down again by Monday WI. I've decided to start weighing my portions again (stopped doing that ). It's hard to find fault with the plan when I don't do it 100%

Okay - that my story and I'm sticking to it.........
