BL#3 and 45mins at Contours

I need some deciphering help - what is "BL"? I am thinking it's Biggest Loser, but not sure.
Did the elliptical for 20 minutes tonight and last night. There is a "Sprint8" program that I use - it is basically HIIT. This program really gets me working hard very quickly - 8-30 second high-intensity intervals! |

I did Crunch Fat Burning Yoga today-I so did not want to-but I kicked myself in the butt and did it anyway. It was actually easier today, and I feel way better.

BL #2 today, next Monday I am going to get up 20 minutes ealier and combine BL #3 Toning and Sculpting with #2 High intensity cardio. I think I am ready to step it up. Hope so!

I really want to be jogging by May. That means that I have got to keep pushing myself pretty hard on the BL stuff first, so that I can be ready. It helps that I am mad about some EMIL crap, so I worked out some frustration with Bob this morning!

Take it easy with EMIL... Is good to release stress with excercise, especially that part on BL#2 when you are doing the "boxing punch", imagine that you are punching someone you don't like in the face:headache:, I bet you that you will have some fun doing it that way!:lol: |

This morning I decided to try something different. I walked to the end of my road and jogged back twice. It took about a half an hour, and I was wildly proud of myself. I have not been able to run that far in 10 years. Then I came home and did BL#3. Now I am so tired. Hoping the coffee will kick me back into high gear!

15 minutes on my new elliptical today, 10 yesterday! Adding 5 minutes/day til I"m up to 30.

Good Job Katie!!! I hope the coffee helps. I am deciding not to run today. My legs are still very sore from all the walking we did. Vegas was nice and the best part about it at WI today..... I'm down another pound. :carrot: I finally get to move my ticker. No more yo-yoing!!! Woo Hoo!!! :D

I am going to run up and down the road like I did yesterday. Now I've posted it, now I have to. Can't lie to my chickies!

I give you credit. The most exercise so far I've done is parking further away from the store entrance. With the warmer weather coming, maybe I'll get out more and walk with the kids.

Good for you Katie! Keep it up. Same with you Sherry. Thats how I started, I would just park farther away from the door. The dbf hated it but thats how I started. I'm at work right now but when I get home I am doing BL boot camp. And if time permits a 45 minute run.

I did get my same run done. It was so much easier today, I can't wait to see how it goes tomorrow.

No exercise today but I did work from 7am to 8pm shooting baseball kids (posed) for 7 hours and then working the computer for a swim tournament for 6 hours. Boy am I tired - now tomorrow I get to shoot field hockey kids for 6 hours - Gosh I love my job :)

I read somewhere that there is a typo on the BL 6wk workout rotation. Im doing the #1 and #3 alternating for weeks 1 and 3 and #2 and #4 for weeks 2,4 and so on...is that right? Are #2 and #4 more intense cos I really am not challenged with #1 and #3...maybe I should do two at a time?

Deets- Try #2, it is pretty intense, as is boot camp. I want to start combing 2 at a time. Hopefully in a day or 2 I will feel good enough to start.
