hour on the treadmill yesterday. :woops: Bought BL DVD last night so I cant wait to try that!! :lifter: Still want to keep up on the treadmill and the DVD. I have a feeling my plan will be changing tomorrow. YAY!!! :dancer:

wow first day of BL. All I can say is Holy Cow. They really work you. I am feeling things today I havent felt in a long time. Cant wait to see the results!!!

Tina- I have not done 2 & 4 yet. I am a little bit scared, LOL. I have had a bad cough for 3 weeks now, and I finally got on an antibiotic, so I am waiting for that to kick in and get better before I move up. In the mean time though, I am working hard on 1 & 3, making sure I can do everything without modifications.
Megan- I know what you mean. There have been few times when I was screaming out loud during some of the pulsing and holding moves. I sure can see the difference in my body though. As it turns out, I do have muscles! |

Iknow the feeling, I did the BL #1 this morning and the last part when you have to hold, like you are going to sit in a chair, kills me... but is a good pain because you really feel the workout, the burn.:drill: |
does anyone know what plan they will change me to? I am on purple now and with doing more than 5 hours of exercise I know tomorrow they will change my plan. I'm kinda nervous. I know the purple plan. It works with me and I dont want to change but I know I have to. Any ideas on what the color will be and what it will add or subtract?

I believe that is gonna be the gold plan.

Gold is 2 protein, 2 starch, 3 vegetables, 3 fruits, 1 fat, and 1 dairy, and 2 lites per day (if ya do 'em-I do). They say you can do up to 5 hrs. cardio per week on this plan and lose - if you are 175-155 range I think! Best of luck dear! Ange |

30 minutes on the treadmill and 50 min BL bootcamp. I am feeling like a new chick! Thanks for the info Milca and Ange however I went to WI today and they didnt change my plan. I met with Mary *my all time favorite and the only one I feel who knows what she is doing* and she said to stay on purple since I dont feel hungry but if I do start to get that way that we will change. Thanks again though ladies!!

Lori- I feel your pain! The jumping jacks do a real number on my floppy C-Section belly, jump, slap, jump, slap, I may have to start wearing a girdle! The monkey doing the pulsing had my ROFLMAO. Funny, he's not screaming in pain.

Hmmmm maybe duct tape would work. I actually do jumping jacks with one hand and hold down my belly with the other because I can't stand the slap.

Okay Megan, I have to know, what was boot camp like? Will I be able to walk afterwards? Do you have to pulse and cry? I am so chicken to move up to boot camp.

LOL-Somehow I can picture that! I love yoga, and teach it 3 times a week, but my XL dunlop makes forward bends way tough. Can't wait for the day when I can foward bend with my nose to my knees!:o

I wont lie. I HURT!!! I am sitting here at work and everytime someone comes in and needs help I dread getting up. It is constant. The one plus is you can do it with or without weights. I did it without becuase I havent picked up any yet and man was I feeling the burn. I couldnt imagine doing it with weights. Like I said I hurt. But its a good hurt. I know the plan is working. But you will be screaming along with them *they scream a lot* oh and take out the duct tape. Lots of movement. Jumping, Jumping Jacks, Pulsing lunges/squats. All that fun stuff!!
I have a question for you now Mrs. Katie. What do you think of the cool down? I did it yesterday and it was okay. Mostly stuff I already was doing for a cool down it was just sooooooo slow. Am I wrong to skip it? Or even hurry it up a bit? |
Yoga Girl *aka Katies sister* I have a question. How good or bad would it be if I did yoga, ran at least 30 min (if not more) a day and did the BL dvd?? Is that too much? I am looking at taking a yoga class on Tuesday and Thursdays for 2 hours each day.

Megan- I love the cool down. I never skip it. I have fibromyalgia, and I always hurt, so the stretching feels so good to me. I like the cool down so much that I can talk myself into exercising by promising myself the relaxation and stretching of the cool down. I do add a few extra shoulder and neck stretches to it, because I seem to need more of that.

Am I technologically stupid? On the BL dvd it says six week work out plan, but where are weeks 5 and 6?
Mine says weeks 1-3 and weeks 2-4 but no 5 and 6?????? Where are they? |
Oh my God Girls you made me laugh so much with your jumping jacks experiences. The first day that I did the BL dvd I realize how big my "papayas/melons" were, I was scared that in one of the jumps they were hit me in the face and knocked me out!:faint::joker: But no more pain Iwent back to Kmart and bought an exercise bra and tied them up!

You do #1 and #3 for 3 weeks, then #2 and #4 for 3 weeks.

I did it, I did it, I did BL #2!! I got up this morning and thought, "Why not?" Now I will tell you why not!! Just kidding. It was pretty hard. I am glad that I did the 1 & 3 combo for as long as I did to prepare me for it. The good news? No holding or pulsing of anything. Tomorrow: Boot Camp!

Katie good luck tomorrow. I thought I was sore yesterday. Today is totally different. Everything hurts even just laying down it hurts. I know its a good kind of hurt I keep telling myself that but jeeze.I am going to start the 6 week program today. Hopefully I wont hurt as much!!

"I am the champion, I am the champion, (singing) of Biggest Loser!" I did boot camp! I am so proud of myself. I kept putting it off because I was so afraid that I would not be able to handle it, and have to quit halfway through, but I didn't. I did not use weights, and I did girl pushups, but oh, man I worked hard. Now I have to get into the shower to start feeling human again. Thanks for doing it and telling me about it Megan. That helped me to be able to move up to this level.

Opened my BL DVD and the DSs and I did #1 only. Today we will do #1 and #3. I must say that I've got a crush on Bob. He is a riot too!
