You found them at Walmart in Clearwater? I am in Largo and looked but no luck maybe I need to try yours. Are they called Atkins Lift bars?
I haven't seen chocolate cherry flavor. Maybe that was a typo? And I think there are 4 to a box, not 5. At the two WMs where I shop (in TX), all the Atkins stuff is near the pharmacy. The Atkins boxes are usually red and blue - I think - but the Atkins Lift are silver/gray.
CHOCOLATE milkshake! i took one scoop of quest chocolate powder, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk and added some crushed ice... into the blender and voila! a delish milkshake..... omg so good

I don't know where you're at in the protocol, but P1 limits dieters to 1 oz of regular milk (cow's milk) daily. No almond milk, and not a full cup. Most of us just use water to make our Quest shakes.
I don't know if anyone is interested but.... Vitacost.com has a promotion right now spend $25.00 and you get a free box of pumpkin pie Quest bars with promo code: FREEQUEST
Not OP for most of us though
Wow, I just tried the Organic Black Bean Pasta by Explore Asia...Yummm. It has 180 calories 2g fats Total Carbohydrate 17g Fiber 12g and Protein 25g So I treated as if it was a packet.

Being gluten free, I eat Explore Asian pasta all the time. Both my husband, who is not on a diet or needing to be gluten free, and I love all of the EA choices.
Just a heads up, the pumpkin pie bars by Quest are seriously out of line with IP macros. They are extremely high in fat (new recipe) and are only good if you are doing (LCHF) LowCarb HighFat as a maintenance plan. They are one of the few Quest bars I won't even look at. Be careful as extra fat calories will slow you down in P1/2.
Just wanted to post that I found a new soup that I like.
Usually I stick with Healthsmart Cream of Tomato Soup, Proti-Thin Broc N Cheese (although not as cheesy as its IP version), Proti-Thin Cream of Chicken.
The new one is HealthSmart Italian Tomato Soup. I got it as a Nashua sample and I like it!
With all of the soups I sautee mushrooms, red peppers, and cauliflower bits. Sometimes I throw in a bit of broccoli or zucchini bits. Sautee with garlic and black pepper. Then pour the mixed-with-water soup into the frying pan with the veggies It becomes a vegetable stew that is nice. Always add a bit more garlic powder and salt and pepper. This, with a green salad, makes a great lunch!
I come home for lunch each day and can whip this up really quickly. I usually keep my chopped red peppers and salad prepared already in the fridge.
Hi everyone! I've been going through, and have a couple questions. What is the cookbook that you all talk about from Janeva? Wondering too about the multi powder from Quest ... does it come with recipes, or how are you knowing what to do with it? Also, has anyone ever tried any products from Bariatric Pal, or tried Carbquick Bisquit/Baking Mix?

I have a new box right here. Atkins Harvest Trail Dark Chocolate Cherry & Nuts Bar. Got this one at Publix's right on Missouri in Largo. Delicious 6.47 per box . 5 bars per box . Great taste and no sugar alcohols, preservatives,or artificial colors 6 Net Carbs. These really taste great.

Ah, these are not the Atkins LIFT bars that Largo and i were discussing. Sadly, the Harvest Trail bars don't fit P1 protocol - too high in fat and too low in protein.
