Yesterday B: Doppio espresso with RTD cappuccino (every day). Added a little cinnamon to mix it up L: Leftover pork chop with thai slaw S: 1/2 IP orange drink, 1/2 IP blueberry cran-granata drink D: Grilled chicken breast with side salad and grilled veggies (at a restaurant) *Forgot my 3rd packet! Today B: Doppio espresso with RTD cappuccino L: 2 cups Lebanese salad (recipe found here) with IP rotini S: maybe some IP cherry jello... I hate it but need to use up packets. D: Grilled chicken with more Lebanese salad. |
