B one egg omelet with 1/2 c sautéed bell, pepper, red onion and spinach topped with 1 T cheddar cheese
L Spinach&kale salad with bell pepper, zucchini, and tomato
D Grilled chicken breast, steamed broccoli (unless coach says try something else)
S Pure protein chocolate RTD drink

D: 7 oz shrimp sauteed with garlic, mushrooms, peppers, tamari
1 oz turkey ( as I cut it off the bone and prepared to store and freeze it)
roasted rutabaga and a few asparagus

Yesterday
B: Doppio espresso with RTD cappuccino (every day). Added a little cinnamon to mix it up
L: Leftover pork chop with thai slaw
S: 1/2 IP orange drink, 1/2 IP blueberry cran-granata drink
D: Grilled chicken breast with side salad and grilled veggies (at a restaurant)

*Forgot my 3rd packet!

Today
B: Doppio espresso with RTD cappuccino
L: 2 cups Lebanese salad (recipe found here) with IP rotini
S: maybe some IP cherry jello... I hate it but need to use up packets.
D: Grilled chicken with more Lebanese salad.
